This is set on the day of the custody battle. Please review.
She had what he wanted. Full custody of Emma Naylor. She knew exactly what she was going to do now. She was moving away. A new city. A new job. A new house. A new everything. She was going to keep in contact with some of her friends from Holby, Sacha, Elliot but she knew she was going to move away. Nothing was going to stop her, nothing could stop her.
Just as she was fastening the seatbelt on Emma's car-seat so she could drive away from court she felt someone tap her shoulder.
"What do you want Jonny?"
"To know what happens now Jac?"
"I'm moving away Jonny, taking Emma with me, starting a new life. On our own."
"You can't do that!" Jonny had tears streaming down his face.
"Yes I can!" she argued.
"Jonny you know she can!" said Mo from behind him.
"I've bought a house, I have a new job waiting for me, you can't stop me from leaving!"
"Just let me say bye to her then. At least let me say bye."
"Fine," Jac replied she quickly undid Emma's seatbelt took her out and gave her to Jonny. Jonny immediately started cooing at her but Emma started crying.
"Pass her to me."Jac ordered Jonny quickly kissed Emma on her forehead and gave her back to Jac when placed in her mothers arms she immediately settled down. Jac clipped her into the car seat, again.
"Just don't come looking for us, please." Jac said to Jonny
