Christmas with the red lotus -oneshot-

That evening, it was christmas eve. The red lotus members were just freed from their lonely cells and together again. Zaheer and Ghazan were decorating a tree close by their hiding spot, as Ming Hua and Ghazan put some plates on a makeshift table.

"we should have some candles..."

Ghazan commanded as he smirked at the result.

"we don't have the tools for that you idiot... and we can't... the smoke could give us away, ore did your forget were WANTED!"

Ming Hua snapped back as she got 2 buckets and got them over her shoulders to get some water.

"No I didn't... But I thought... normally their candles on the table at christmas eve... thats the ONE thing I remember..."

Ghazan said with a sad look, since his parents had died when he was a baby, after that he had been raised by his older sister and had their life been misarable, until one day... finally the red lotus came to take him away from that life... forever...

"He is right, normally people do... do Ming has a point... we don't have candles... and they would give us away..."

Zaheer replied as he got the food from the fire, checking if it was good enough to eat. It wasn't pork, ore stuffed turkey, but they would at least be together...

"Hey P'li, wanne sit in Zaheers lap again this year, just like last time? ore are we gonna put on a CHAIR for you this time..."

Ghazan joked patting their female friend on the shoulder, since the last time they had celebrated christmas together P'li had been so shy she wanted to sit in her boyfriends lap. Not because of Ming Hua and Ghazan. She knew them very well by then and trusted them blindly. But because Aiwei and Unalaq joined the red lotus Christmas celebration for the first time that year as well as their leader Xau bau... She had been so scared that she had wanted to sit in zaheers lap all the time, to afraid she would say ore do something stupit, that would make her look like a complete fool.

" OO shut up ghazan"

P'li joked as she put down her own chair and slapped the lavabender and their jongest team member on the back of his head.

"hey, just teasing, you don't have to hit me ALL the time"

Ghazan said with a smirk, making a sad face at P'li who smirked at him evily as she held up her hand to slap him again, knowing she could do this by her friends without getting screamed at.

"Okay, got it, no fun today..."

Ghazan joked lightly as he gave Ming Hua A playfull pat on her butt on his way to get the little branch of miseltoe they had gotten on their way here. Ming Hua looked at him firmly, but didn't attacked, because of the thought of peace and happiness during this day.

"we can eat people, dinner is ready"

Zaheer said after a moment of silence, The others all helped getting the food served out now, before they started to eat. It was nothing big ore special, but for the members of the red lotus it was enough, and thats what christmas is all about. it doesn't has to be big with match food to be special. It can also be special, with a decent meal and the ones you love with you, because the most important thing about christmas, is being with the ones you love the most...
