I'm back everybody! To-San! I was at school the other day and I somehow came up with this awesome idea for a loveless Fanfiction! If you review, in my next story, you get recognition and a COOKIE!
Ritsuka walked down the street towards Soubi's apartment. He had been at Yayoi's house, and him, Ritsuka and Yuiko had played video games. Ritsuka hadn't really wanted to go in the first place; he would rather have gone to his blond fighter's house so they could create more memories; an activity that he never got tired of.
By the time Ritsuka had finally reached Soubi's apartment, walked up the stairs and knocked on the door, he had his camera out and waited anxiously for Soubi to open the door. Imagine his surprise when none other than Kio, teary eyed and flustered looking.
"RIT-CHAN!" Kio cried and grabbed Ritsuka into a bone crushing hug, nearly making him drop his camera.
"Kio, please let go of me..." Ritsuka begged, pushing on Kio's shoulders in an attempt to dislodge him. Fear suddenly spiked in his chest at the thought of Soubi, foolish Soubi, going off to fight alone...again, and getting hurt enough where he might have to go to the hospital, or even worse-
Suddenly, a sound he did not expect to hear hit his ears, and at the same time he felt a paw brush up on his leg. "Mrroowww!"
'What the-?' His thoughts were cut off by Kio.
"IT'S SO HORRIBLE RIT-CHAN!" The green haired man said, tears still streaming, rather comically down his face. "I CAME OVER TO TELL SOU-CHAN HE NEEDS TO FINISH SOME ART PROJECTS, BUT THERE WAS ONLY THIS CAT!" Ritsuka looked down at his pant leg to see a fluffy sandy colored cat with piercing blue eyes standing up on his hind legs and pawing at Ritsuka's hamstrings in a repetitive motion.
"SOU-CHAN GOT TURNED INTO A CAT!"
At first, Ritsuka thought Kio was high on crack, or someone had slipped him date-rape pills or something. But the more he thought of it, and looked at the cat, he started to get really freaked out. He paced the floor, and the cat (Soubi?) followed him around, but Ritsuka paid no attention as he sat on Soubi's bed. He didn't even really notice the Soubi-Cat until he felt it hop onto the bed beside him and roll around, batting at his tail and meowing.
Kio was still talking. "That cat even acts like him! He's been ignoring me ever since I showed up here, but look at you! He won't leave you alone!"
Ritsuka snapped back to Earth when he felt Soubi (the cat?) step into his lap and start purring. He lifted up the cat by his underarms and held it up by his face. Even for a cat, Soubi was kinda heavy, and it even seemed to have Soubi's smile. "Mew," Soubi meowed and placed a forepaw on each of Ritsuka's cheeks, still purring contently.
In all the (sort of) commotion, nobody heard the front door open and a familiar blonde walk in carrying a bag of groceries and a six pack of beer. Surveying everything that was going on, Soubi said, "What did I miss?"
"SOU-CHAN!" Kio ran up and glomped him.
While everyone tried to figure out what exactly was going on, Kio said the first thing that popped into his head.
"Can we keep the cat?"
