Lollipop
By Lily M.
"Hey, Sora. Want to suck my lollipop?"
Kairi fell off her chair. And she had just made a graceful swirl of her skirt to sit down too. She could swear her jaw made some sort of unhealthy crack as she looked at Sora, who had stopped drinking his milkshake to stare at his best friend.
"Riku!" The redhead exclaimed, getting up quickly from the floor and trying to pretend she hadn't just flashed her underwear to half the occupants of the cafeteria. "We're in public!"
When she turned to face him, he stared at her blankly while holding the lollipop in his mouth. Sora raised both of his eyebrows at them, not believing the conversation was actually taking place. He sucked on his straw and made a funny noise as Kairi turned a charming shade of magenta.
"And what do you mean by that, Kairi?" Riku decided smirking was the best possible option. Kairi thought playing along was the best she could do to try and save herself.
"Why, I know you guys never call it by its name, but come on…" She laughed nervously.
She clearly forgot this was Riku she was dealing with.
"Oh, don't worry, Kairi." He rolled his eyes and took a seat beside Sora, who by now was looking away and pretending the conversation actually wasn't taking place. "If I wanted to say that, I'd just point to the floor and ask, 'Hey Sora, want to suck my cock?'"
Kairi felt as though her childhood had just been completely and utterly raped. She did not need to hear that from her friend. About her best friend.
The worst part, she had to admit, was when she could swear she heard Sora whisper from his little, ignored corner something along the lines of Not in public.
Kairi could definitely mark that day as the day she knew far too much information about her friends' personal – and sexual – lives.
And that she found out Riku's language clearly got worse along the years.
As if lollipops couldn't possible sound worse, Kairi would never, ever be able to look at them without remembering Riku and Sora and having some unwanted mental images.
Thanks a lot, Riku.
