*Skye narrating*

"Pups Get a Hurricane!"

Chase, Everest and Ryder searched up and down Jake's Mountain while Skye up high in the sky in her helicopter.

Just a few minutes ago, Katie reported that while she went to the mountain to take snowboarding lessons, Callie ran off and got lost.

Chase, Everest, and Ryder came to a stop. "Chase send out your drone to look for Callie," He commanded.

The shepherd nodded, "You got it Ryder!" He hopped off his cruiser and to the back standing on his hind legs. Staring at the screen, he barks, "Ruff! Drone!"

A slim, blue, and black missile like drone popped out and zoomed through the trees looking for the purple cat. The drone's propellers buzzed as it flew finding nothing but snow. "Nothing Ryder."

"Keep searching Chase. Everest and I will go ahead." Ryder's ATV revved and zoomed into the forest with the husky's Snow Cat not too far behind.

Meanwhile, Skye zoomed in with her goggles hovering high above a blank snowy mountain slope to see a glimpse of purple in the snow. "Ryder! I think I see Callie!" Skye parks her helicopter on the soft, white snow and flips out, searching for that purple speck.

"Come out, come out Callie." She whispered, "Come out, come out." The cockatoo hushed.

She strolled for a bit to look for the cat and passed by a bush who was..talking? "You okay?" A voice said. It was a male. Deep, and sounded like a pup around Chase's age.

The voice was later replied by a soft but thankful meow. Skye's ears perked, "Callie!" She whispered. Skye jumped into the bushes and confronted the pup talking to the purple feline.

The pup jumped a bit and turned away from the cat to Skye. The pup is a male Shiloh Shepherd dog, about four inches taller than her, has puffy black, grey and tiny tints of white fur that could be fooled as a teddy bear, slightly a bit more muscular, with golden slightly rusted cuffs around his ankles and a black mask over his muzzle.

They stared for a second longer till the pup broke the silence, "Skye? Is that you?" He asked a little hesitant.

Skye had a thousand questions. Who is this guy? Why does he have a mask on? Is he a crimminal? How does he know my name? Does he know pup-fu? What's going on!? Her pup tag lit up and spoke a bit frightened by the pup who somehow, knows her name. "Ryder, I found Callie. She.."

But before she could continue, the ground started to shake violently. "Whoa!" The two mumble as the ground grumble.

The shaking stopped and Skye let out a breath of relief, "Just an earthquake."

The Shiloh's eyes widened in fear as he yelled, "Just an earthquake!?" He picked up Callie and put her on his back and ran past the cockapoo, "We have to get out of here!" He stopped for a second and turned back to Skye, "Hurry!"

Skye shook her head yes and followed him out to the open. 'He's fast.' She thought. "Wait! Wait for me!" She ran as fast as her little legs can carry her but she was too focused on trying to catch up to the black and gray shepherd that she didn't see the small rock in front of her causing the cockapoo to trip. "Aah! My paw!"

The Shiloh stopped and noticed the pup in injury, "Skye!" He ran to her aid and bent down, "We have to get out of here."

"Why? What's happening?" She asked. The rumbling began again and this time, followed by a snow avalanche coming towards them. "Oh no." She whispered.

"We got to go!" The pup picked her up by Skye's scruff and carried her to her helicopter. He jumped inside, setting Callie in the back seat, and pressed a button that activated pink stained windows over where they sat. "Can you still fly this thing?"

Skye groaned trying to move her paw to the wheels but doesn't have the strength to do so, "I can't. I need all four of my paws to fly my copter."

The mysterious pup traded seats with the cockapoo and buckled his and her seatbelts, "Then I will do it." He placed his paws on the handle and stared to gently hover over the snowy ground. "Okay! This is harder than it looks."

Callie looked out the pink tinted windows and meowed in fear telling the pups that the snow is getting closer. Skye looked outside too and yelled, "Hurry!"

The pup groaned, "I'm trying!" He pressed a bunch of buttons trying to see if something works, then spotted a lever on the ground. He pulled it and they went super high at the speed of light. All three of them screamed in fear of the sudden increase of altitude. "Too high! Too high!"

Then Skye immediately used her free paw to adjust the lever to a perfect height from the avalanche. All three of them took nice deep breathes thankful that they're alive. Before the experienced aviator and the lavender cat gave the mysterious pup death glares.

The Shiloh laughed nervously, "Sorry. I thought flying fighter jets would be the same as flying a helicopter." He joked.

Skye stopped glaring at him and started to laugh, "Oh they are waydifferent let me tell you." Callie rolled her eyes and curled up taking a small cat nap. The cockapoo smiled at her savior, "Thank you for what you did back there. We would be snow pups, and cats, without you."

The pup shrugged, "No problem Skye."

"By the way, how do you know my name?" She asked the question she has been aching to ask since she met him.

The pup looked at her surprised, "You don't recognize me? I figured my good looks would give you a few hints." He bragged causing the younger pup to laugh.

The Shiloh looked away for a second and looked back at the cockapoo with the mask off in his paw. Skye looked at him like she was going to cry, "No it can't be." She gasped. "You're supposed to be gone."

The pup set the mask down and looked ahead with his paws steadily on the wheel, "Shall we go home Rosa?" He asked with a smirk.

"We shall." She replied with a soft smile tasting salty tears of joy. "My knight in shining armor. I missed you." She whispered leaning on the male pup's shoulder.

The Shiloh pressed the petal and flew towards Jake's cabin where Ryder, Katie, and Jake were waiting for Skye to arrive. While Everest and Chase were pacing back and forth. "Calm down pups. They'll be back." Ryder reassured.

"I know Ryder but what if she gets lost in the snow just like last time?!" Chase whimpered.

"Even worse! I heard a sudden snow avalanche appeared out of nowhere!" Everest snapped in fear and worry.

Jake crossed his arms, "Chill dudes. If I know Skye, I would know that she will come back safe and aound. It's not she's going to be buried in the avalanche and freeze." The pups widened their eyes as Ryder and Katie glared at the older man. Jake looked at him in confusion, "What?"

Katie facepalmed at his mistake as the German Shepherd and the Siberian husky started to pace again with more worry in their eyes. Then loud whirring came from above. "Wait look! It's Skye! With Callie!"

The pups stopped what they'd were doing and howled in joy. "Yes! Skye's okay!" Chase yelled overjoyed. Everest looked at him smirking. The German Shepherd blushed, "I mean, I'm glad they'reokay." The husky held her mouth with her paw trying to prevent herself from laughing.

The helicopter parked and when the tinted windows went up, the Shiloh Shepherd helped Skye and Callie out of the cockpit. "Callie!" Katie squealed as the purple cat jumped into her owner's arms purring into her chest. Katie nuzzled the cat but then the three humans and the two uniformed pups looked at the new dog in confusion.

Skye's friend looked back and stared at the two in utter quiet shock. Especially at the German Sheperd. Skye and Everest knew exactly why and is equally surprised.

They both looked almost exactly alike!

The two shepherds walked up to each other and held up their right paws at the same time. "Whoa." They gasped. The two pups continued mirroring each other. They stood on their four paws, circling each other, wagging their tails, "Who are you?" They asked at the same time.

Everest, who is in a awkward situation right now, asked "Uh, Skye who's this?" Everest pointed to the Shiloh who is now tilting his ears up and down with Chase.

Skye ran to the mirroring gray pup and wrapped an arm around his shoulder, "This is Hurricane. He used to be my next door neighbor and still standing best friend who I thought disappeared." She said playfully glaring at him in the end.

Everest's tail wagged with delight, "Oh that's amazing!" She squealed, "My name is Everest and the tall cool dude in the green vest is my owner, Jake," Everest introduced herself as Jake just held up a peace sign with his two fingers.

Hurricane bowed his head slightly. "Nice to meet you two," He greeted.

"Wow, you look just like me." Chase said, looking at him in awe, stillmesmerized by the fact they look alike.

Hurricane dug his paws in the ground embarrassed. "Yeah, we do." Then like he flipped a switch, he stood up straight with a serious eye, "Well it's a pleasure to meet you Chase, and you too Ryder."

Ryder bent down to Hurricane's face, "You know us?"

Hurricane nodded, "Of course. And I would like to thank you for saving my best friend from the rain." He thanked pulling Skye closer to him.

Chase gave a grin to his look-a-like, "It was nothing."

"Oh it was definitely something." Hurricane said with widen eyes, "Skye's my first ever real friend I ever made. Practically my younger sister. If anything happened to her, I would kill myself for that."

Chase and Ryder mixed that old memory finding Skye a few years ago and Hurricane's words causing them to smile with pride. Then an idea came to Ryder's head, "How would you like to stay with us in the Lookout? As a thank you for saving Skye..."

"And Callie. Thank you so much pup." Katie said, scratching Hurricane's side.

Hurricane sighed in relief. "Oh that feels nice. Never had these in years." He moaned in delight. Katie stopped as Hurricane looked at Skye and back to Ryder, "I guess one visit won't hurt."

"Yay!" Skye flipped as Everest and Chase howled.

/Time Skip/

Skye was on a blue beanbag while Marshall in his EMT uniform was giving her a checkup. He hummed as he scanned her paw with his x-ray and spotted nothing. "No broken bones, you probably just sprained it. Try to put some ice on it and it will be good as new in two hours," he said before retracting the x-ray.

The doors open, and in came Hurricane with a bag of ice in his mouth. Marshall turned around and smiled with glee, "Great! You got the ice!" Hurricane dropped the bag of ice as Marshall grabbed it in his mouth. "Thanks Chase."

"Yes Marshall?" The real Chase asked behind the dally.

"Gah!" Marshall jumped dropping the ice, landing, and slipping on it. He flipped in the air and fell face first on the ground.

Hurricane walked in front of the dalmation standing next to Chase. "Are you okay?"

Marshall's eyes rolled like a vertical merry-go-round and joked, "Can someone get me some ice?"

The pups plus Ryder laughed at his joke. Hurricane didn't understand how can someone be laughing when someone is in pain. It's Marshall, that's why. "Here let me help you out pup." Hurricane bit onto his back and helped the dally back on his own four paws instead of his stomach.

Hurricane let go and Marshall smirked at him saying, "You know I have a name right?"

The Shiloh froze for a second. "Oh my apologies. I just didn't catch your name, that's all." Hurricane spoke timidly kicking the ground.

Marshall laughed in confusion. "You're kidding Chase. We've been best friends for years already. My name is Mar.." But before he could continue, he spotted the German Shepherd next to who he thought was Chase, trying to keep in his laughter.

"Whaaa?" Was all Marshall let out. Skye held her breath trying not to blow up in humor, and so was Chase.

The two were doing a good job till Zuma, Ember, Rubble, and a wet/grumpy Rocky walked in. "I'm sorry Rock. I didn't see you there while I was taking my bath." Rubble apologized.

"And I didn't see you when I turned on the hose." Ember said monotone through her pup tag but her face had so much guilt it was practically a sign.

Rocky glared at the bulldog and the golden retriever and shook the water out of his fur. Hurricane covered his face with his paw groaning, "Oh come on! Do it outside." He growled wiping the water off his face.

Rocky stopped and looked at the voice. So did Zuma, Ember and Rubble, who were frozen in place with the same expression as Marshall's. Zuma was the first to break the silence. "Holy pepperoni! There's two Chases?!"

Skye, Chase and even Ryder couldn't hold it in anymore and laughed hard. Leaving a confused Marshall, Ember, Zuma, Rocky, and Rubble, and a silent Hurricane. Ryder wiped a tear and looked at the EMT trying not to laugh again, "Sorry about that pups. This is Hurricane. Skye's best friend. We met him when he saved both Skye and Callie from a snow avalanche." Hurricane waved nervously.

Rubble rubbed his eyes blinking to see if his eyes were just tricking him. "I had weird dreams before but this is just plain crazy."

Rocky wagged his tail in amazement, "This is so cool! I never saw a pup or any type of breed that could look like one and another. One question though." He said. "Why does he look like Chase?"

"Yeah? They look exactly alike!" Ember exclaimed popping up behind the Shepherds. "Except for your clothes, and your fur, and Chase is way more tan. But your noses are exactly alike." She said pointing to their muzzles.

Ryder stepped up to the bat and bent down to Hurricane's height with his hand on his head, "Hurricane is a Shiloh Shepherd. Although they are different breeds, they are in the same family. With same attributes, such as good stamina and speed, looks like their pointy ears."

And at that que, both Chase and Hurricane wiggled their pointy ears, "And even personality. Like how both breeds are very loyal."

"Very loyal indeed." Skye thought out loud making the two Shepherds blush slightly. She couldn't help but give a cute giggle.

"But although they are very alike, they are very different too. German Shepherds has a better sense of smell than any other dog. And Shilohs have.."

"A sixth sense?" Hurricane requested smirking at the leader. Ryder and the pups, excluding Skye, gave confused looks and multiple "huh?"s.

Skye laughed a bit. "Hurricane has a sixth sense. He can detect any natural disaster before it even happens. But he can't do it on command." Skye explained proudly while the rest of the pups were in awe. "It's one of his special gifts. Other than having better dance moves than me." Then an idea popped in her mind, "Hey! Want to play Pup Pup Boogie with us?" She offered.

Hurricane's eyes lit up like Christmas lights on a pine tree. Not just the tree or the house, but the whole holiday sparkled in lights. "You have Pup Pup Boogie here!?"

Ryder nodded at his excited question, "The second version."

Hurricane's mouth went wide open, "Of course I will! I haven't played that game in so long! I'm so excited!" He howled before doing a front flip? The rest of the pups' and Ryder's, except Skye, mouth went agape. Hurricane said nothing but just smirked. "What?"

Marshall looked like he was going to explode. "First Skye can do a back flip, now Hurricane can do a front flip? WHERE DO YOU PUPS LEARN THIS STUFF!?" Marshall attempted to do a front flip too but of course, he falls on his stomach. "I'm good!" He said with a smile making everyone even Hurricane, laugh.

/Time Skip/

Ryder was in the garage fixing up his ATV underneath and then, footsteps approached him. "Ryder?"

The ten-year-old rolled out from under his vehicle and sat up looking at his visitor. "Hey Katie. What's up?" He asked.

Katie scratched her neck, "Well, I wanted to give you and your pups this basket of treats. As a thank you for saving my dear cat here, especially Skye and Hurricane for saving her from instant freeze. Without them, she would be a cat popicle."Callie gave a happy meow thankful too.

Ryder stood up and took the basket. "You're welcome Katie but actually, Hurricane isn't mine. He just a friend of Skye's who just decided to be a hero."

Katie scratched her head, "Really? Well he must've had me fooled. That Shiloh seemed to be born a hero. Almost perfect to be in the Paw Patrol."

Then this made Ryder thought, "Oh really?"

/Meanwhile /

The pups were outside with the two shepherds standing in front if the two ends of their tug toy. Chase looked at it and at Rocky, who was very excited and standing on the side in front of the middle of the rope. "Okay, why are we doing this instead of Pup Pup boogie again?" Chase asked.

"Don't worry. It will be fast. I just want to experiment if the change of breeds, also changes strength." He explained.

All except Rocky groaned, "Alright. The faster we do this, the faster we could play Pup Pup Boogie. I need to shake my tail after years in the wild." Hurricane and Chase bit into the rope ready to pull.

"Whoever crosses this line first.." Rocky announced pointing to the stick underneath the middle of the rope. "Loses. Pups ready?" The shepherds nodded and glared at each other with a playful smirk. Rocky picked up a flag and raised it, "And..! GO!"

The dogs tugged the on the rope as hard as they can, making the rope going back and forth. As their teammates cheer them on. The two growled while their sharp canines dug into the rope's weaves.

It wasn't long till Ryder came to check it out after Katie left. "Hello pups. What's going on?" He asked setting down the basket.

"Rocky is experimenting Hurricane and Chase if their breeds have the same strength." Ember explained.

Ryder laughed, "Well that's Rocky for you." The boy watched the two dogs compete while Rocky took notes until all of a sudden, his pup pad started to ring, "Ryder here."

"Ryder? It's me Carlos! I need help!"

Ryder pulled back slightly from his sudden outburst, "Whoa! Calm down Carlos. What's the emergency?" He asked.

"Tracker is missing!"

"What!?" Ryder yelled.

"Tracker's missing!"

"What?!"

"I said Trac-- you know what, nevermind."

"So what happened?"

"We were packing up to move to the next archeological site until all of a sudden, a strong wind blew our stuff away, scaring Mandy. Tracker went out to get her but got lost. I tried calling him but he's not responding and what's even worse, a thunder storm is coming our way!"

Ryder gave him a proud smile, "Don't worry Carlos. We will find him. No job's too big, no pup's too small!" His slid open his pup pad and pressed a blue button., "Paw Patrol! To the Paw Patroller!"

All pups except for Hurricane yelled, "Ryder needs us!"

Skye, Marshall, Ember, Rocky, Zuma, and Rubble ran towards the Paw Patroller leaving Chase and Hurricane alone. Skye and Marshall was about to follow them, "Where are you guys going?" Hurricane asked.

"We have a mission to do!" Skye yelled as she ran away.

"Well in that case, sorry Chase." Hurricane sat on his rear and pulled on the rope as hard as he can.

Causing Chase to launch up in the air. "Look out!" The police pup yelled catching the dalmation's attention.

Marshall looked up and noticed his best friend airbourn. "Chase can fly?" He thought out loud. Marshall watched Chase for a few second then realized he was coming straight at him. "Aah!"

The two dogs crashed into each other and tumbled into the Paw Patroller falling flat on their stomach. Hurricane, hot on their tail, stood above the two pups guilty. "Sorry about that."

Rocky looked down at his notepad and wrote down out loud, "Experiment success, Hurricane is stronger than Chase."

"And note to self, look out for flying pups." Ember joked causing the rest to laugh. The door closed.

The pups except Hurricane was dressed up in their safari get up. They sat on their seats as Chase called to attention, "Paw Patrol ready for action Ryder sir!"

Ryder swiveled his chair to face the pups. "Thanks for coming pups. Carlos called saying Tracker went missing!"

The pups were in shock, "Oh no!" They gasped. "Poor Tracker."

"Even worse a thunder storm is coming. If we don't find Tracker until it arrives, we might never find him." Ryder warned.

"But Ryder, our vehicles won't be able to take the strong winds while the storm is coming. My copter will just fly away." Skye explained. With a storm getting this close, there is no way they will survive in these conditions.

Ryder nodded, "I know Skye. But luckily I know just the pup for the job." He reassured the cockpoo but then realized something, "Wait, where's Hurricane?"

Ryder looked at the seats counting the pups on their seats. Until...BANG BANG!"Uh guys?" Hurricane's voice spoke behind the screen. "You pups left me here. Can someone open up?"

The pups laugh along with Ryder. "Sorry, Hurricane. Here, I got it." He pressed a button on his pup pad activating the screen to go up revealing the Shiloh who's in a new get up.

The pups gasped at the new Hurricane while Hurricane just looked at them confused. "What?" The shepherd looked down and noticed his new clothes. "Whoa! This is so cool!"

Hurricane is now wearing a long sleeved dark gray camo-patterned shirt with a tight purple safety vest with a bright yellow neon lightning bolt on the chest, a violet pup pack disguised as a backpack, black camaflauge shoes, new bulletproof golden cuffs, a black safari hat with safety aerial goggles on his forehead.

Ryder looked back at the pups and explained why he's wearing a Paw Patrol uniform. "Hurricane is the only pup who has experience with natural disasters and knows how to deal with it, especially with his sixth sense, but he must agree first."

Hurricane watched Ryder get up from his seat to taking a knee in front of his face. Hurricane sat up straight, puffing out his chest, "Okay I'll this fast since we have a job to do. Hurricane, do you promise to protect and serve day and night no matter what?"

"I do." Hurricane barked.

"Promise to be loyal and caring to your teammate and any person that crosses you?"

Hurricane barked again with more pride. "I do!"

Ryder smiled, "Then that settles it. Hurricane, you are the official Natural Disaster Specialist and Assistant Aviator of the Paw Patrol." The pups cheered and howled for the new member as Ryder attached a gray-strapped collar with a yellow lightning bolt as a logo and a purple background.

Hurricane sat next to Skye on her right and Chase barked, "Now Paw Patrol is ready for action."

Ryder sat back down, "Good. Now we don't have time to waste. I'll explain on the way. Robo-dog! Hit it!" The robot barked and stepped on the gas as the Paw Patroller went on full speed to the jungle.

/Time Skip/

After about five minutes, Ryder was ready, "Okay onto the plan." He swiped the screen and pressed Chase's, Ember's and Marshall's pup tags.

(In this story, Ember isn't Marshall's replacement. Instead, she is the Alchemist pup who uses science and chemistry to get the job done. And her pup tag is white with a test tube in the middle with green fizzing liquid inside)"Chase and Ember." You two will stay below and look for Tracker and Mandy in the trees.

"Chase is on the case!"

"Time for a chemical reaction!"

He swiped the screen to Marshall's tag this time. "Marshall. When we find Tracker and Mandy, I need you to check on them. To see if they are hurt."

"I'm fired up!"

He swiped the screen once more til he pressed Skye's and Hurricane'slogo. "Skye and Hurricane. You two will go above to look for Tracker and Mandy."

"Woo! This puppy's gotta fly!" Skye yelled with a backflip.

"Let's bring in the storm!" Hurricane barked proudly. "Just came up with that." He whispered to Skye earning a slight giggle.

"The rest of us will help Carlos move his things before the storm hits." Ryder finished.

Rocky suddenly spoke up, "But Ryder, Skye said her copter can't fly in the storm. How are they going to fly?"

"I never said we're going to use Skye's copter." Ryder said slyly.

Hurricane's tail started to wag, "Wait. Don't tell me..?"

Ryder nodded, "Yep! Your fighter jet is ready to go Hurricane."

The Shiloh started to jump and do a front flip, "This is the best day ever!" He hollered before howling in joy.

"Alright! Paw Patrol is on a roll!" Ryder yelled. Chase, Ember, and Marshall went into their designated vehicles(Ember's is a white pickup truck with a metal cover over the back. The seat has no hood, and it's decorated with green and orange stripes, lime green bubbles, added with the Paw Patrol sign in front of the truck.)with a paitient but excited Hurricane in the corner. "You're up Hurricane!"

The Shiloh howled once more while running towards a violet puphouse that looked alike to a triangular tent. He jumped in and a seat popped up. He barked loudly and the tent started to transform into a violet slim fighter jet with the Paw Patrol logo on each wing. "This is paw-some."

Skye flipped into the seat behind him and buckled up as the glass hood closed above them. The Paw Patroller opened the left door allowing a ramp to to the road. Hurricane slipped on the aerial giggles and placed his paws on the handle, "Hold on to your tail Skye!"

With determination in his eyes, Hurricane pulled a lever and slammed the gas making the jet zoom off into the distance. The two aviators howled in joy. "Woo hoo!" They continued doing that when they realized they went too far. Hurricane slowed down the jet to make sure they keep pace with the rest.

"This is awesome Ryder!" Skye yelled.

"Yeah! I'm so glad I still know how to fly these things." Hurricane agreed with his sister. "It has been forever."

"Glad you two like it. This puppy can go to a minimum of 250 miles per hour. It's purely made of titanium so, it will be able to withstand any obstacle. Plus it's programmed to fly in the most worst storms. From Heat Waves to Hurricanes. With the exception for cold weather of course. Such as hail or snow storms. And it definitely cannot go through tornadoes." Ryder explained through the tags.

Hurricane smiled at his new ride but then saw a large patch of trees dead ahead. "Skye! I see a jungle. Just five clicks away."

Skye moved her head to the side to see the jungle too, "I see it!" She yipped. "Let's take to the sky!"

Hurricane zoomed to the jungle and slowed down the jet just hovering over the trees. "Window up!" He barked. "You see them Skye?"

The cockapoo extended her head out the open window and enhanced her goggles to find nothing. "I can't see them. Only trees, dirt, and vines."

"Well we must hurry. Chase, Marshall, Ember. Found anything yet?" Ryder asked the rest.

The three pups skidded down the dirt, parking next to a couple of trees. They got out and Ember barked for her pack, "Woof." She said bluntly, "Tracking spray." Then came out a white and blue spray bottle in a robotic hand.

The arm sprayed green liquid the dirt ground looking for tracks but there was none. Just footprints of different animals other than a chihuawa and a female monkey. "Nothing Ryder. Marshall? Got anything?"

Marshall climbed/fell down his ladder, rubbed his behind to ease the pain after searching in multiple trees. "Not up here. Chase?"

Chase sniffed the ground trying to find clues. After a few seconds, he spotted a certain green tag in one of the bushes. "I found Tracker's pup tag. That's a start."

"But not very useful." Ember said honestly walking to Chase. She continued spray instead, near the bush Chase found the collar and later, green illuminating paw prints appeared. "Look! Pup and monkey prints!"

Chase howled, "Let's roll!" The three jumped into their cars, with Ember in front spraying the ground looking for the prints.

/Meanwhile/

High in the sky, Skye was still looking down searching for Tracker then they heard strange "ooh ee ah ah" sounds. "Uh? What's that noise?"

Hurricane slowed down the jet even more as Skye leaned a bit more to listen. "It sounds like...monkeys?"

The two pups had confused faces till realization hit and looked at each other with dialated pupils. "Mandy!"

The two searched for Mandy's cries listening it get louder. Once it does, Hurricane hovered above where the sound was found. "Arf! Auto pilot." Then the screen converted from a red light with the words "remote", to green " auto pilot".

The glass opened and Hurricane lifted his goggles onto his forehead and barked again for another command, "Arf! Ladder!" At that second, a compartment on the left side opened up and a rope ladder rolled out nearly to the ground.

Hurricane climbed down and touched the floor but the second his paws felt the dirt, a mildly painful tingle rang in the Shiloh's head and a few booms of lightning were hrard in the distance. He held his head to try to ease the pain and let out a loud groan. "AAH!!"

Skye and Ryder, who were both on the line, heard his cries of pain, "Hurricane!" They yelled through their communication devices.

Hurricane shook his head violently while mumbling a few words to the pups and their leader. "Ten...storm...hurry!" Was all he was able to let out.

Skye replayed his words in his head trying to decode what he was trying to say. Once she was able to do that, her eyes were filled with fear. "Ryder! We only have ten minutes till the storm comes!" She warned her owner.

"Understood." Ryder responded. "Hurricane, are you okay?" No response. Ryder started to worry a bit, "Hurricane? Can you hear me?" Nothing but silence. "Hurricane!"

The noise finally stopped and new recruit shook his head in relief. "I will never get used to that." He pressed his collar, "Yes Ryder. I copy."

The ten-year-old boy relaxed, "Good. Now, the storm is getting closer and we need to find Tracker and Mandy fast. Marshall, Chase, and Ember are already on their way to find Tracker but we still can't find Mandy." He reminded. "In your pack Hurricane, there's a metal detector. Tracker's pack is made of metal. You'll use it to find Tracker and possibly, Mandy."

Hurricane looked at his purple pup pack and barked as loud as he can, "Arf! Metal detector!" At that command, out came a mini metal detector popped from the top of the bag. The plate hovered above the dirt and beeped quietly.

Hurricane walked around the trees, waiting for the beeps to get louder. He continued to stroll and the metal metal detector started beeping rapidly and the flat top of the disc part turned yellow. "Warmer. Warmer." He walked to the right and the beeps started to die down and turn blue. "Colder." He positioned back to the spot walking towards that direction and the detector turned yellow again. "Getting warmer."

"Hola? Anyone there?" An echoed cry for help asked followed by monkey sounds.

Hurricane smiled as the detector beeped very fast and turned red. "Red hot!" He yelped in glee. "Arf! Metal detector! Return." And the detector went back in place.

Tracker was a bit bruised with Mandy sitting on top of him. Plus, his cables looked broken. The chihuawa gave him a confused stare, "Who are you?"

The Shiloh peeked into the dark hole and smiled at him. He puffed out his chest and looked at him and Mandy with total pride, "My name is Hurricane. The newest member of the Paw Patrol. And I'm here to get you out."

The new pup pressed his tag and called for three certain pups. "Chase, Ember, Marshall. I found the pup Tracker and Mandy too. They're stuck in a hole."

"A very dark hole." Tracker shivered in fear.

Hurricane looked at the safari pup in sympathy and asked through his tag to the pups, "Where are you guys?"

"Right behind you!" Chase hollered out through his megaphone. The three pups parked their trucks near the hole and Chase hopped out and barked out a command. "Woof! Winch!" Then out came a hook attacked to a cable.

The German Shepherd grabbed the metal hook by his teeth and lowered it down to the pup. Mandy took the hook and clipped into Tracker's pack. She responded to Chase with a few screeches and a thumbs up. "Woof! Winch! Retract!"

The cable started to pull up the two animals and out the hole. Once they were, Ember took off the hook and Marshall checked on both Tracker and the female monkey. "You okay? Is your head spinning? Do you need some ice?"

Tracker rubbed his eyes and started at the two Shepherds who are standing right next to each other. "Creo que sí doc. I do think so doc because are mi ojos tricking me again? Or did Rocky try to clone Chase?"

The pups laughed. "We'll explain later. For now we must.." but before Hurricane can finish, that sharp pain returned and the booms of lightning. "Aah! My head!"

Marshall walked up to the aching pup and held his head, "It's okay Hurricane. Take a deep breath in and out. In and out. You can do it."

"I can't!" He yelled in awful lot of pain. The rest of the pups couldn't help but felt bad for the pup. Feeling empathy for the Shiloh's pain.

"Yes you can." Chase encouraged.

Skye then dlys the jet as fast as she can to where the pups gathered, jumps out of the jet and ran to her best friend's side who is still shaking his head violently scaring her. Then said sitting next to him, hugging him. "It's okay H. I'm here. It's okay. Just take deep breathes." She whispered breathing in and out along side Marshall's patient. "And relax."

Hurricane did what she asked and recalebrated what he detected. With Marshall's and Skye's help, he closed his eyes for a second trying to control his senses. As Skye releases him from her warm embrace. "Now tell us what did you see?" Marshall asked.

He was practically meditating, taking ober his past pain, then opened them up in complete horror. "We need to leave. Now!" The pups didn't need to ask why. They ran to their vehicles, Tracker and Mandy sat in Ember's truck, while Skye and Hurricane to climbed up the ladder to the hovering jet. He hopped into the driver seat and brought in the ladder before flying away from the storm.

Hurricane dodged the lighning through the clouds trying to find the Paw Patroller. Skye covered her ears, whimpering a bit from the storm and holding her breath feeling a bit sick from the twists and turns.

Once they landed, Hurricane and followed by Skye who hopped out and ran immediately to a bush letting out green chunks out of his mouth. Carlos, Ryder, Hurricane, Rocky, Zuma, and Rubble felt a bit sick too from the sight of it. And when Chase and Marshall arrived to see Skye puking, they didn't bother to ask.

Once Skye was finished, Ryder noticed one pup absent. "Uh where's the rest of the pups?" Then at that second, Tracker and Mandy arrived with worried faces. "Where's Ember?" He asked frantically.

Tracker took no time to respond, "A bolt of lighning hit a tree and crashed on top of her truck! Now she can't get out!"

Everyone was in shock especially Hurricane. A small pup like her won't survive in the storm. The Shiloh rushes to his plane and sits on his seat, "Window down!"

Ryder and the rest of the pups run to the jet with the boy banging on the glass, "Hurricane! What are you doing!?" He yellled over the engines.

Hurricane looked at him with a serious stare, "You said it yourself Ryder, I'm the only one who knows my ways with natural disasters. The storm is rolling fast and with Ember, Mandy and Tracker stuck, they won't be able to sleep peacefully tonight. I have to do this."

Skye looked at him with crying eyes but Hurricane looked down and stared at her from Ryder with a caring smile. "I'll be back I promise."

Skye spoke nothing but nodded saluting him with a straight back. Hurricane's smile alowly faded as his jet took off. Once he was in the air, he pressed his tag. "Ember. It's Hurricane. Are you okay?" he asked not taking his eyes off the window.

"I'm okay but this tree is crushing my legs. I need help!" She whimpered struggling to push the trunk off her.

"Don't worry Ember. I'm on my way. Where are you?" He asked.

Ember looked around her surroundings to see a landmark the Shiloh can recognize and spotted the waterfall. "I'm left to a big waterfall. Hurry!"

"Got it." He hang up but immediately he felt another ping in his head. His eyes widened at the info he had just gotten. "Oh no." He turned his head and looked at the stormy clouds not too far away. "I have to find her. And fast!"

Hurricane repeated Ember's location, muttering it quietly, and searched for a waterfall. After a while searching, he spotted a glistening waterfall at the end of a blue river. With a broken white pickup truck smashed by a giant tree lying on it's left side. "Ember!" He yelled. "Arf! Auto pilot!" As the light turned green, he opened the windows and called out to his ladder.

The new pup climbed down and ran to the slightly dented truck. "Ember! Ember!" He hollered worried. He jumped ontop of the truck and ran to the door which was mostly under the tree. "Ember where are you?!"

"Hurricane! Down here!" The golden retriever barked buckled to her seat.

Hurricane sighed in relief, "Oh thank heavens you're okay." Then he blushed at his words, "I mean! I-it's not l-like I was w-worried for you or anything!" He barked sounding angry but embarassed.

The goldy just smiled and rolled her eyes. "Just get me out."

Hurricane smiled proudly, "Got it! Arf! Axe!" Then on the left, out came an axe with a silver blade chopping the tree away. "Axe! Return." The axe went back to it's pocket and Hurricane jumped inside. "Hi." He bit into the seatbelt, ripping it in half then into Ember's scruff. He jumped out of the truck and onto the grass. "You alright?" He asked setting her down.

Ember then rushed to the Shiloh and hugged her tight. Hurricane froze at the incoming hug as Ember let go and smiled brightly and her tag admitted. "Thank you so much Hurricane."

Hurricane rolled his eyes, "Whatever Em. The storm is getting close and we should go back to Ryder."

Ember nodded but caught something he said, "Wait, did you just call me Em?"

Hurricane froze again turning his light gray fur to the color of Marshall's truck, "I-I...JUST GET INSIDE THE JET!" Ember's face looked like she is laughing and climbed up the ladder with Hurrcane not too far behind. Still blushing like mad.

/Time Skip/

The Paw Patrol safely took Ember, Mandy, Tracker and Carlos (and his stuff) to safety inside the Paw Patroller.

They were cozied up in blankets and watching Apollo the Super Pup, well mostly Rubble, and the pups explained everything to the two archiologists. In the end, Tracker ended up envying the two doppelgangers. "Wow! Increíble! I'm so jealous you two look alike. You're practically brothers!" Tracker exclaimed resting on his beanbag.

Skye went between the two shepherds and brought the Shiloh close, "You mean he's MY brother." Then she brought in the German Sheperd in close too. "And he's one of my best friends." The two blushed at the cheerful cockapoo.

"By the way, muchas gracias for saving me and Mandy pups." Tracker thanked aling with cheerful cries from Mandy.

"Well, we couldn't have done without our newest recruit, Hurricane. Who proved his bravery today going against a lighning storm for one of his friends." Ryder said pointing to Ember and earning howls from the pups.

Then he stood up with a hot coco in mug in hand, "Anyways, you pups should get some rest. I may have no gift like Hurricane's but I know that the storm won't clear out until tomorrow. Can someone get the blankets please?"

Marshall raised his paw, "I got it!" He rushed to the back of the truck to fetch the blankets instead slipped and caused a loud crash in the back. The nine pups, and two humans winced sympethetically in pain but laughed, and hesitantly Hurricane too, after Marshall said his famous line; "I'm good!"

/Time Skip (again)/

While everyone was asleep, Hurricane woke up to the sound of lightning and a whimpering Skye. He looked his baby sister and set his blanket next to her sleeping peacefully.

"I love you Skye." He whispered while making his warm body make the cockapoo smile. Closing his eyes and dreaming about the day he last saw her. Thought he will never see her again.

/Flashback/

It was a rainy day and in the Shiloh's jaws was an injured Cockapoo knocked unconsious. The shepherd raced around the streets looking for a place to hide till he came to a tall hill with a glowing tower at the top.He walked up the mounted ground and came upon the tower and looked into the window. There inside, he saw a seven year old boy playing with a German Shepherd and a Dalmation who fell over on his face. Laughing not at him, but with him.The Shiloh smiled at them knowing what to do. But pained him to do this. The dog set the Cockapoo on the grass a few feet away from the glass door and scratched it before runnung into the bushes to hide. The girl pup groaned about to wake up and when she did, she looked all over, high and low, confused and scared. She started to whimper as the cold rain made her shiver. This made the Shiloh cry in guilt toobut then a new voice was heard along with the sound of the glass door opening. "What are you doing out there little pup?" The voice asked directing the direction of the Cockapoo to him.He was a German Shepherd. Not as tall as in the present but still a bit muscular and wears the blue collar. "My name's Chase. What's your's?" The girl didn't respond, saddening the Shiloh. She was still scared, but the German still kept a smiling face, "It's okay. You don't have to tell me yet." Chase went back inside which worried the Shiloh a bit. What if he doesn't want her? What if he going to hurt her? He was going to go get the tiny pup thinking he made a mistake, but immediately went back in when he saw the German approach again. "Here." He said before popping open a red and white umbrella and holding it down on the ground with his paw.The Shiloh sighed in relief as the Cockapoo looked up at the umbrella and back at the Shepherd crying but happy. Chase noticed and took the umbrella in his jaws. "You look cold come inside." The tiny pup nodded, and still smiling, and walked into the tower followed by Chase. "Ryder! Look who I found!"When the door shut closed, the Shiloh stepped out of the bush and walked to the glass door. He sat a good distance away from the door and watched his little sister greet the owners of the tower. The boy, who's supected to be named Ryder, and the dalmation next to him, smiled at the cockapoo as the German Shpeherd named Chase introduced them to her.To the Shiloh, the owners of the tower seems to like her company, but their shocked faces when she did her signature backflip, he couldn't help but chuckle quietly. Especially when the clumsy dalmation tried to copy her.Shiloh continued to watch the pups play around with their new friend, knowing he made the right choice. "I'm incredibly sorry I left you Rose but, you have a whole new life ahead of you," He appologized solumnly watching Skye play Pup Pup Boogie with Marshall. "and I would just drag you down with me."She laughed happily enjoying her time with her new friends but turned to the window thinking she saw something. Skye shrugged and continued to play. But from the bushes, the Shiloh came out and smiled at the dancing cockapoo ready to leave, "I love you little sis."

I mean't to post it on Thursday but my wifi went out. The worst thing that could happen.

Anyways, how did you like Hurricane? The new Natural Disaster Specialist and Assistant Aviator Pup.

I just added the fact that Hurricane and Chase look alike because when I was choosing breeds for Hurricane, it turns out that a German Shepherd and a Shiloh look and act alike. Search it up.

I wrote this backstory down because Hurricane will pop up in future stories. So new people who don't know Hurricane can go here and read his backstory first.

I'm going to do one for Ember after Project Reincarnation because, there is some of her backstory in that story too.

Reviews are welcome.
