INT.( CORUSCANT'S UNDERGROUND CITY) MIDDLE OF CLONE WARS ERA.
Both ANAKIN SKYWALKER and his former Master OBI-WAN KENOBI, were both requested to investigate, a sudden rapid shift in the balance of the force. As the two Jedi Generals walked and observed their surroundings, they notice four body figures being surrounded by onlookers, bounty hunters, and many other types of scum. Both felt the strong force presences with the blacked out strangers, so they managed to clear the area to investigate further into the scene.
ANAKIN looks over the male and female to find they were both indeed strong with the force.
OBI-WAN observes the two males whom one is human while the other is a wookie.
Both the Jedi know where to take their newfound companions, back to the Jedi Temple for further questioning.
To OBI-WAN while glancing over the male and female.
ANAKIN
These two are very strong with the force.
OBI-WAN glances at ANAKIN after he finishes his study of the other two males.
OBI-WAN
I want to say that these two were acquainted with them, otherwise why would they have been so close to each other?
ANAKIN
Well whoever they are, we need to take them to the temple for further investigation.
INT. THE MEDICAL WING OF THE JEDI TEMPLE.
MACE WINDU, YODA, OBI-WAN, and ANAKIN, are all gathered outside of the doors, waiting for one of the strangers to wake up and find out an identity of at least one of them.
MACE

YODA

The MEDICAL DROID comes out

The young boy has just woken up and would like to know what is going on.
They all follow the DROID as it guides them to a young man. All the JEDI circle the bed.
LUKE says to all of the men.
LUKE
I am LUKE SKYWALKER, jedi knight to the new republic.
ANAKIN puzzled
ANAKIN
Your last name is SKYWALKER?! How is that possible? Why is that possible?!
Before LUKE had a chance to explain, OBI-WAN cuts him off.
OBI-WAN
Please excuse my friend here, we have not given our proper introductions to you. I am OBI-WAN KENOBI, GENERAL JEDI KNIGHT of the galactic Republic.
MACE
I am MACE WINDU, GENERAL JEDI KNIGHT OF THE Galactic Republic
YODA

All the members of the council join together to discuss the sudden appearances of the newly found SKYWALKER boy and his friends.

What concerns me the most is he and ANAKIN share many resemblances. Also for the fact that ANAKIN went on the defence so quickly, is it impossible for him to have relatives who are just as strong in the force as he is?
YODA looks at OBI-WAN

Possible it is. Many things of the force know we do not.

Related or not we need to still figure what the situation is, where, and why they arrived, or even how.
