A/N: A Sazel poem, because I'm in the mood for poetry. Inspired by blue rain rhapsody's fanfic, String.

Fields of Heaven
A poem by Acaeria
Her mother wanted to be a rich woman
She had the curse
The only one it never affected was him
He made her laugh
He picked her up when she fell down
He was hers and she loved him to bits
He picked up a diamond
She begged him not to
He ignored her
She left for the north
Never said goodbye
He thought it was his fault
He blamed the diamond
Sold it, sold it
Moved away from the ghostly place
He passed on some time later
Yet he never found her in the afterlife
She was not in those fields of heaven
Instead she walked the earth again
Witch-girl, Pluto's daughter
Fell in love again
A forgotten love
A tragic failure
As if nothing ever happened
So he roams those fields of heaven
So she walks the world above
So close and yet so far
Their strings of fate nearly touching
Once entwined
Now apart
I would search the earth for you, Hazel
I would walk a thousand miles for you, Hazel
Where did you go, Hazel?
Can't you see you're tearing me apart?
I wish I could've said goodbye, Sammy
I wish I could've seen you one last time, Sammy
Do you wonder where I am, Sammy?
Do you know I love you still?
Amongst the winds and the rain
Two souls never to meet again
