After seeing her strong feelings for the prince,
He gave her a magical pendant and threw her into his tragic fairytale.
A girl name Ahiru was then born into the world
And this girl had the power to fight as Princess Tutu.
But she had a tragic fate.
For if she ever spoke of her love to the prince,
She'd disappear in a speck of light.
She fought fearless for several weeks,
Searching for missing pieces of the prince's heart.
But there was a struggle when she found out that the last piece was her pendent
And if she gave the pendent back, the spell would be broken.
But that would mean she would return to being just a mere duck forever.
In the end,even with all the consequences, she gave up the pendant,
Her human body then disappeared as she returned to her true form, a duck.
The tale ended happily.
That is what was told.
Beneath her bright red eyes,
There was sadness and fear.
She had lost the prince whom she had loved,
Yet her aching heart still longed to love someone.
