A Casual Stroll

He really didn't mind walking down the street, or taking a stroll at all. Especially if it was with his little princess. But what he didn't want to do was push her around in the stroller that Levy had insisted upon buying.

It was pink, it was lacey and it was something Gajeel wouldn't be caught dead with.

Earlier...

"Could you please take Emma for a walk around town? You could even stop by the guild if you want! I just wanted to meet up with Lucy today and spend some time with her." Levy explained, and being the considerate man Gajeel was, he grumpily agreed.

"Fine Shrimp, go have your fun with Bunny Girl." He waved her off and continued watching his favorite TV lacrima show, the Crime Sorcerer.

"Thanks Gajeel." She pecked him on the cheek and walked over towards her baby.

"Be good for Daddy okay? I don't want you getting into too much trouble." The girl giggled at her mom and smiled, her red orbs glistening in adoration.

Then, with that, the petite woman left to go spend some time with her best friend.

Present time...

So here we are. Mean Steel Gajeel Redfox walking around town, pushing a pink, lacy, ruffly, stroller that held his daughter. And he was very much at risk for seeing someone he knew see him in this, state.

Just to his luck, Rogue, was walking down the street, arm around his mate, Harmony (my OC).

She had short turquoise hair and brown eyes, clearly a fit for Rogues darker personality.

"Oh crap..I'm screwed.." Gajeel panicked and tried to pass them as quickly as possible, but failed when Rouge shouted out to him.

"Gajeel! Hey! What's up?"

Gajeel reluctantly pushed the stroller towards the couple and waved hello.

"Raios. Sunshine."

"Hi Gajeel! And hi to you too Emma!" Harmony gleamed and proceeded to occupy the little infant.

"Please don't tell anyone." Gajeel said, afraid of the horrors his friends would do to him.

"My lips are sealed." He said and sighed, glaring over at his mate.

"Where's your girl?" Rouge asked.

"Out with Bunny Girl."

Rouge had a puzzled expression on his face.

"Lucy."

"Ah, okay. Well I'll leave you two to your, walk." Rouge and Harmony left, Harmony not wanting to let the baby go.

"How do you put up with her?" Gajeel sighed.

At least this torture was over, he had walked, even encountered someone he knew, it was good enough.

Levy clicked open the door to her home, shopping bags littering her arms, but most of it for her baby.

"Gajeel, Emma, I'm home!" She said, but only to find the duo asleep on their couch.

Loud and soft snores filled the room and Levy smiled, setting her stuff down and stroking Gajeel's mane back.

"Thanks Gajeel."
