Fearmanager looks a lot like transformers animated bumblebee but with wider more triangular eyes what looks like short yellow hair/dog ears on the side of her face ears kinda like a dog but with this this hair/sensor on the end that twitches a lot and whitey silver stripes on her sides

Rock armour has a slightly slanted back, Is mostly in black except with white hands and her face has two stripes on her cheek dart is coloured oppositely except shes wheelie sized.

This is set on cybertron before any cybertronian ever came to earth and just before the war broke out , being a decepticon is stile seen as a religion/cult and primes are everywhere.
