Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter, just this little plunny.
Warning: pre-SLASH, mentions of Weasley/Mione Bashing although not by name.
Summary: Harry goes to see Severus determined to reveal his true feelings for the Potions master but instead they end up in a fight over Severus' inability to differentiate between Harry and James.
December 15th:
All I Want For Christmas Is You

Come on Harry, it's not that hard just go in and tell him how you feel, it may be your last chance. Harry thought to himself as he stood outside the Potions classroom. Resigning him to whatever fate may befall him he knocked on the door.
"Potter," Severus drawled as he opened the door sneer firmly in place, "What a wonderful surprise oh do come in, tea? Lemon drop? No, then kindly please remove yourself from my presence instead of wasting my time with whatever trivial matter it is that you've deemed important enough to bother me with."
"Why do you do that?" Harry asked.
"Do what? Refuse to pander to your every whim? Refuse to boost that ego of yours that you've inherited from your Father?"
"No. Why do you take your anger at my Father out on me? Why do you refuse to see that I am not him? Why can't you see that I'm nothing like my Father?" Harry asked, his anger increasing with every question.
"You're exactly like your Father, swanning about the place demanding attention from your legions of fans, and now, throwing a tantrum when you don't get your way. You thrive off of your fame, love the attention just like your arrogant Father before you."
"No I don't. I hate the fame, but you can't open your eyes for a second to actually see anything beyond the grudge you hold against my Father. You don't see that I despise the way people fawn over the-boy-who-lived, that people only use me because I'm famous. Everyone sees James Potter or Lily Evans or 'The Saviour of the Wizarding World' never Harry... I'm just Harry." Harry whispered the last part glancing up at the taller man and regretting having ever decided to come and see the Potions Master, wishing that he'd never fallen for the man before him.

"Do you know what I want for Christmas?" Harry asked suddenly, breaking the silence that had settled between them.
"Probably some inane, useless object that your small brain finds enthralling," Severus replied, "Although I fail to see why this would interest me, so kindly refrain from wasting your time and vacate my classroom, I have more important things to do than listening to your mundane drivel."
"I was going to say you actually," Harry replied as he stormed out of the room leaving a stunned potions master in his wake.
So there's the next one. To be honest I think it's a bit bleh at the beginning but oh well. Comments and constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.
