SPN 100 challenge, words: neck, plump

Summary: You think to golf is just the perfect way to relax and make new acquaintances? Well, think again…

A/N: Hi lovelies, I missed a couple of rounds, but here we go again, with 200 words including "neck" (once) and "plump" (twice). Have fun :-)

The sun was already fading, when the man with the golf bag reached the water hazard.

"Bloody Hell", he mumbled, eying the position of his ball and searching for the right iron to put the damn thing out of harm's way.

He felt the hairs on the back of his neck rising even before he heard the squishing sound.

With a swift and powerful golf swing he drove his club right into the creature coming from behind. The thing looked like a lizard-human-hybrid right from an early B-movie – mossy scales, third eyelid, mud-smeared fangs, and it wasn't impressed at all.

Dean gulped and started running, Squishy hard on his heels.

"Hey, gotten plump? Snacking on golfers can do that to you, potbelly."

He zigzagged towards a patch of higher grass, trying to escape the stench of rotting fish and the hungry clicking of jaws.

"Sammy", he thought.

"Now", yelled a voice, and he plumped down.

The platinum arrow covered in poison hemlock found its aim, drawing a scream of hate and agony from the creature's lungs before it hit the ground, its convulsions dying away quickly.

"Nice putt", Dean panted, slowly recovering.

"Great teacher", Sam grinned, helping his brother up.
