It was a hot monday summer's night in Denver Colorado Seaworld. The moon bestoyed its glory on the atmosphere below. It was around 9:00 P.M. and the animals were being fed there dinner just before closing. Amanda, who was helping with the sea lions, was trying to give a slightly smaller brown female sea lion her share of fish. "c'mon Gabby, please eat somthing! you haven't touched your food for 2 days!" she begged looking hopelessly at the sea lion who simply turned her head and stared longingly into the starry night. Amanda, sighing with slight fustration, put the fish down and left with Tommy, and Andy who were feeding the sea lions as well. Once every one was gone and SeaWorld was quite once again the animals had the freedom to do whatever they pleased. well, at least for 11 hours. Ajina, Gabby's best friend had saw what happened and walked over to her. flopping down next to her, she asked worryingly "why havent you been eating? are you sick? is there somthing you haven't been telling us?" Gabby loved her friend dearly, but sometimes she didn't know when to stop talking. knowing that Ajina was going to get it out of her sooner or later she sighed and said "if I tell you, will you stop nagging me?" Ajina nodded and stared at her with her piercing blue eyes which seemed illuminated under the light of the moon. latley, Ajina has been asking Gabby questions trying to get to the heart of the sighed "alright, well its just that-" she trailed off trying to find the right words. Ajina seemed annoyed "c'mon you can tell me!" she winned. "I dont want to live in Seaworld anymore!" Gabby finally exclaimed. Ajina's mouth dropped and her eyes widened. "why on earth would you not want to live here!? we get fed everyday, get lots of attention and were loved and cared for deeply here!" she cried out causing some of the other sea lions to turn there head in intrest. Gabby rolled her eyes in disgust "It's not like that Ajina!" she snorted "It's my destiny calling me! to be free! to leave my life of captivity!" recently, Gabby had been having strange dreams. They were screaming for her to leave this place and see the beauty of the world, discover its dangers, behold the wonders it contained and explore other life forms around her. As crazy as it sounds, The brown female sea lion seemed to be tranced by her dreams and wanted to sooth they feeling of anxiety it gave her. "Captivity!?" Ajina laughed in a she's-off-her-rockers sort of way. "more like luxury! we get fed tons of fish and get hugs and rub downs for doing a simple turn under water!" Gabby's face showed a high amount of annoyance and with out another word she slid off the rock they were sitting on and walked away. "I have hade it with this stupid place! this Wednesday i'm going to escape! but thing is,...how?"
