Once apon a time, Sonic was sitting behind his pc. He felt the tears well up in his eyes like a damb bursting. After their last adventure, Sonic Da Hedgehog found out exactly how cruel people could be. How hurtful and inconsiderate actual humans are. Sonic stared at a picture of a leopard. A magnificent beast who would not hesitate to kill him by ripping limb from limb, but at least it would be quick. Not a overlong conspiracy of many years, just to be unleashed onto him when he was at his weakest and darkest moment. When he needed his friends the most.
But their would be one ray of hope in this whole nightmare. Sonic remembered fondly of the day he discovered it. It was a tuesday day that he rememberanced. The memories surfaced before his mind's eye and took the most wonderful shapes. Before Sonic knew it, a single tear welled up in his green and blue eyes and dripped down his cheaks.
Cause even when all of his friends betrayed him, there was once consistant factor in his life: Shadow.
And sonic knew that the rising aspirations between them could never be true, the feelings Sonic the hedgehog had for Shadow were the only thing that felt true to him. No lies, just that pure, single sense and need for shadow. Alas, Sonic thought to himself disaringinaly. Why must they battle? Why must Sonic be destined to destroy the handsome black hegehog? Can he ever tell how much Shadow ment to the royal blue hedgehog?
If only he could then all of His pane would be over. no more betrayel no more suffering under the laughter of Blaze the Cat (who told him she loved him, only to stab him right inti the hart at valentine's Day!). No, only Shadow and Sonic the Hedgehog's true feelings for him.
