"Sayla!" Her voice wasn't as it was before.

Knocked in the back of the head, with a Fairy. A weak mage. A human. Her limiter was removed, she could have snapped his neck, then ripped his head and his spinal cord out of his seemingly-steroid-infused body.

She knew it was bullshit. But it happened.

At the sound of her voice though, she was better. That familiar voice. She would be punished for losing, but she didn't care. If it was her, she never cared about being hurt. She wondered if she would even hear about this later. The female, she took control over their core. She couldn't regenerate. That could take months to even have one reconstructing tube up and running. She might not even have a few hours.

"Sayla!" The footsteps were heard. The pace turned into a jog. Kyouka.

Suddenly Kyouka was on the floor, she didn't have the strength to jog. The horned demon widened her eyes in worry. Sayla was reverted, limiter back on. Sprawled on the floor, she watched her consort make her way towards her.

"Sayla..." Kyouka was worried. Worried about her. "What happened to you?" The unmasked demon gently scooped Sayla into her arms.

"What happened to you?" Kyouka had several wounds all over her, her jacket ripped.

"It's nothing... It's... Marde. I'm fine. Tell me what happened to you."

She had said these words very few times before, and she was about to say them again. "I lost."

Kyouka closed her eyes.

The position was uncomfortable to Sayla. If only she could feel her legs to adjust. "I'm sorry." I'm so, so sorry. I let the guild down, I let you down.

And then the noise was heard at the door. The Titania and Minerva were standing there, along with the cats of some sort.

"I thought we were headed to the control room, Erza."

"...We need to take down as many of our enemies as we can."

The Titania drew her sword. The two were eyeing the demons on the floor. Then Erza walked towards her, and the exceeds were hiding behind Minerva.

Sayla closed her eyes, and didn't open them anymore. Sayla couldn't feel anymore. Kyouka might have ran off. Escaped, while she could still walk. But Sayla closed her eyes, because in her mind, she was with the person she loved most.

Romeo and Juliet, she thought. They died together. She would love to die in her lovers arms, more so die with her lover.

She got her happy ending.

Her heart had stopped before Erza even drove the blade through her chest.
