"Simply astonishing." He teased, she rolled her eyes and huffed a bit in annoyance. He didn't even turn around! That infuriating man!
If only she knew the real reason he never looked at her to answer her question.
He knew. She always looked beautiful, no matter what she wore.
He was never interested in the clothes, just the Time Lady underneath them.
The Doctor glanced at her from the corner of his eye, giving her a sheepish smile. She returned the look and gave him a smile of her own and a chuckle.
If only she knew.
