Nothing hurt Rachel more than seeing Finn with Quinn. "That should be me. What happened in the auditorium was real. He has feelings for me too", she kept saying to herself. As Finn and Quinn walked by you could see the hurt in Rachel's eyes. She just wanted to die. The couple stood there for a few minutes and talked. As Finn kissed Quinn goodbye and walked away, Rachel started to cry. "That should be me", she said. She figured since it was only 3rd period the choir room would be empty so she walked in and sat there by herself with tears racing down her face.

"Hey" said a deep voice. She looked up and saw Finn walking towards her. "What's wrong?" he asked. "Nothing" she replied". "Rach, I need to tell you something", Finn continued. "I just broke up with Quinn. I wanna be with you, Rachel, and just you". "Then why did you kiss her"? Finn said "She kissed me. She didn't want to break up". "But why me?" Rachel asked. "I'm not pretty like her, skinny like her, popular li-". Finn cut her off. "Stop. You're beautiful. You're not Quinn! I know! But that why I broke up with her because I just want you, Rachel Berry." he said. She looked up at him again and he kissed her. Rachel never wanted this moment to end. When he pulled away he said "Now lets get to class. Got any plans after school? How about you come to my football game after school. When I score a goal, I'm gonna point to you and let everyone know you're my girlfriend". "That sounds great" Rachel said as she bit her lip and smiled. They stood up and he grabbed her hand and walked down the hall to he class. He kissed her goodbye and he went off to his class.
