Tracey's Secret
by: Neko Rebera

Chapter One: Elli and Traceys Secret

[Tracey, Ash, and Misty are at Elli Nalder (a friend of Traceys) house. She's a bit, shall we say, odd.]

-tap tap tap-
"Hoothoot a owl pokemon that keeps perfect time in its head."
Ash Ketchem stared at the pokemon outside the window. "Hmmm...... I'm gonna' catch it!" He pulled out a pokeball. "I wouldn't." Ashes friend Tracey Scetchit said lightly. "I don't think El would like it if you stole Ticker." Ash stared at him.
They were in Elli Nalder, a friend of Traceys, living room. Neither Ash or Misty had ever met Elli before, but Tracey had received a letter from her the week before. A Lapras Tracey called Starlight had brought it to them.
Ash was about to protest when a voice called out; "Let him in, let him in! Oh, and Tracey; that's not mine. I think it's called 'Pooh', but it might be 'Wing'. I'm not sure. Is it red or light brown?" A girl about Traceys age appeared in the doorway.
She had reddish-purple eyes (odd, no?) and a crocked, matted, tangled, filthy mass of bluish hair which hung at elbow level. Most of the filth in her hair was what looked like blood. Her bangs half covered her eyes on the right, and you could just barely make out the bottom of her eyebrow on the right. She was dress in about the same fashion as Tracey. A (rather stained) bright red skort, a thick dark green shirt, and a knitted red headband.
Ash felt as though it would be best to get away from this girl as quickly as possible. Misty was fighting giggles. Tracey, however, stood up and said, "Still haven't taken my advise, huh El?" The girl grinned. "Nope! I'm gonna' do everything in my power to look the part!"
Tracey shook his head. "You're as insane as I remember, aren't you?" Ellis grin broadened. "A bit more so, my conseler says. She says they've safely classified me as a lost cause!" Ash and Misy sincerly hoped she was kidding. Tracey laughed. "I can see why!" She ignored him, and made her way to the window, and let the Hoothoot in. "Hello, Pooh." she said, as the owl pokemon landed on her shoulder and nibbled her earlobe effectionatly.
"I've never been sure why he calls him 'Pooh'. I've taken it as a further sign of his own insanity." Pooh flew over to a chair, and landed on the back. Ellis smile faded. She sighed, followed it, and untied a piece of old, brown paper from his one leg. She read it, with Tracey looking over her shoulder.
"You've been busy." he commented. Ellis insane grin returned. "You bet!" she said happily.
Tracey suddenly looked at Ash and Misty. "Elli," he said. He looked irritated as Elli began striking odd poses. He grabbed the back of her shirt. "Elli! Look *that* way! I will kill you if you don't!" She didn't pay any attention to him. "I will steal your explosives!" he hissed.
Elli stopped and, looking somewhat frightened, bowed to Tracey, and looked over at Ash and Misty. "Who are they?" she asked curiously. "And why the devil are they in my house?" Tracey rolled his eyes.
"They," he began, "Are Ash Ketchem," "Future Greatest Pokemon Master in the World!!!!" Ash interupted him. "That's nice!" Elli said bluntly. "and you were saying, before Alph interupted?" she said to Tracey, causing both him and Misty to giggle, while Ash fumed. "That," Tracey said through giggles, pointing at Misty, "Is Misty Waterflower of Cereliun City Gym."
Before any of them could react Elli was kneeling in front of Misty as though she were the highest rank in royalty. "Your greatness......" she said with a definate air of great honor and1 respect. "Ummmm.........." Misty said. Tracey smirked. "Just tell her, 'Get off your butt and make yourself useful.' She'll get up and make either tea or coffee, and forget there is, or ever was, a Pokemon Leage."
Misty stared at him. "Okay." she muttered. Then, now looking at Elli, she said, "Get off your butt and make yourself useful." Elli stood in an instant, bowed, and scampered off, returning a half-hour later with a pot of something she called 'sugar tea'.
Ash and Misty wouldn't touch it, while Elli drank a cup a minute, and Tracey had a single small cup, saying his doctor told him not to consume 20-pound quantitys of sugar anymore. Elli had merely shrugged and said, "Suit yourself." and went on with drinking her own sugar tea as quickly as she could.
Only after the entire pot had been consumed (mostly by Elli) did Elli say, "Now, I called Tracey here becouse shortly after he left the last time her came here I discovered my least dangerous explosives were missing." Tracey glared at her. "As I really don't think he would *steal* my exploives....." "I should think not!" Tracey hissed. Elli ignored him. "I still need to ask him if he knows anything about the theft. I need them." Ash and Misty were confused, and Tracey looked angry. Elli pulled out a nail file and, pointing it at the window, said, "Their vital to the next bout of rule breaking / mischeif me, Sagefoot, and the others are going to preform before the month is up. I need red food coloring....."
Tracey looked incredibly releived. He leaned back in his chair and breathed a sigh of releif, as though she had told him the best news in world. "So you don't suspect me?" he asked, eyes closed. Elli giggled. "Course not, Eagleye! What kind of person do you think I am?" Ash and Misty were confused. Sagefoot? Eagleye? What was going on? Tracey didn't seem confused in the least. "Might have been Goldenleaf." he said.
Tracey smirked agein. "Eagleye is my nickname on the 'inside world' as she and her cohorts insist upon calling it."
That seemed to earn him a wack in the head. "They are not my 'cohorts', thank you!" Elli growled. "They are my parkners in crime!" She grinned triamphantly. Tracey rolled his eyes, and said, "Fine. Parkners in crime. Whatever." "And," Elli continued, "We have good reason to call it the 'inside world'! Do you really want everyone on earth to come up to you asking to take them to the Gods?" she sighed, then, looking at Ash and Misty added, "Wadda ya' reckon? Shall we?"
Tracey looked at the ceiling. "Ash really can't keep his mouth shut, and we can't give Misty blackmail material. Sides'. She'll turn us in." Ellis grin came back. "Well Eagleye. You, me, half-and-half, or both?" she asked, eyeing Ash and Misty evilly.
Tracey got a simular expression. "Both, I should think. They have good, hard heads. Nice for a bit of practice on this particular trick." Ellis grin broadened. "Good." she said. "Who'll gaurd?" "I will!" Tracey volintered brightly. "I haven't had a chance to stretch in a *looong* time! It'll be good exercise. I'll enjoy it."
Elli closed her eyes, and her smile became more human. "Good." she said agein. "Just give the signal when your ready." Tracey half-closed his eyes and his smile became human, but a bit evil. "Right." he muttered in a voice that definatly wasn't his own.
He suddenly went from a sitting position to a sumersault through the air, then he landed in front of the door, which was Ash and Mistys only means of escape. "Reconta!' called out just as he was about to hit the floor. Ellis eyes flew open.
The last thing Ash and Misty heard before their world went black was Elli and Tracey calling out "VIllage Memory charm' and then nothing.

Chapter Two: Rude Awakening

[After them being uncontious for about two days, Ash and Misty have drifted off into normal sleep. Traceys gonna' wake um' up!]

"Ash! Misty! Wake up! We're almost to Harper Island!"
Ash and Misty slowing came round.
"What happened?" Ash murmered. "I don't remember anything!"
"I don't either...." Misty muttered. "Where are we?"
Tracey stared at them. "You mean to tell me you don't remember a *thing*? You know who you are, right? You know who I am? You know who each other are? You don't have anmesa, do you?!?!" He started to panic. "Do you know what Poke-" he was cut short by Misty hitting him. "We know who we are. We are Ash Ketchem and Misty Waterflower We know who you are. You are Tracey Scetchit, that annoying Pokemon Watcher who convinced us to take you with us on our trip around the Orange Islands. We do *not* have anmeasa! Now for crist sake, calm down!"
Tracey calmed down, but still looked nervous. "Where are we?" Ash asked. "And where are we going?" Tracey sweatdropped. "We've been traveling for the past seven hours, and you don't know where we're going?" Ash stared at him. "Nope. We've been travleing for six hours?" "Yes." Tracey said, oviously irritated. "We have. I can't beleive this."

Chapter Three: It's Time

[Ellis come to relise something that kinda creeps her out. She now knows that her, and all the others are in danger.]

Elli sighed. She'd been working (okay, not really *working*. More of fiddleing with her theary that she wasn't the only internet junkie who was uncuribly insane. Yes she *is* uncuribly insane!) non-stop ever sence Tracey left. ~Man.~ she thought. ~That Alph guy was so annoying. Misty was cool though. I feel bad about that. I wonder if we hurt her when we did that?.....~
While she had been thinking, she had also been absent-mindedibly reading some stuff on her all-time favorite website, (sence House of Duo Maxwell shut down quite a while ago...... ^_^;;;) fanfiction.net! (dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dah!)
Now she started panicing and suddenly got the idea to trace the writer and *kill* them for creating such an ovious aviter, *and* insulting the best charicter this particular video game / TV show ever *had*!!! ~It's so simple!~ she thought, her evil (and more insane) half taking over. ~So *brilliant*!~
She started the rather complicated process. It wasn't what most would call simple, but she was an absolute *genious* when it came to computers. This was something about her not even Tracey knew about. And that was saying something. Tracey really knew almost as much about her as she did. There were just a preicous few things he didn't know. And the computer obsession was one of them.
After a while she screamed, "YES!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!! I'VE DONE IT! I HAVE *DONE* IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And she had. She had traced the writer of this particular peice of crap. After quickly typing out all the info she needed, her search for people to assinate continued.
"Dum-dee-dum....... Ohhhh! Here's one! Oh! Here's another good one. Hmmm........ Where'd they get *that*???"
Her rambleings wouldn't have made any cense to those who A) don't know what the devil she's looking for B) don't know who their dealing with, or C) aren't loyal internet junkies.
She found something else to read. About 3/4 of the way through her nurse came in and was surprised to hear loud, squeaky, high-pitched laughter coming from her computer room.
When the nurse went in, there she was poishing a large chain-saw as she read whatever it was she was reading. After a while she tossed it to the side, and said, "Awww. Heck. S' not done yet." Her nurse was no longer there. "She didn't want to be scalped, I guess." Elli muttered. She shrugged and went back to her reading. "This uns' gonna' be a bit evil, I'm quite sure!" She read whatever it was.
After several hours of reading, flaming, tracing authers, and drinking sugar tea, Elli stood up, and streached. She wasn't wired at all from the seven pots of sugar tea. She was just a bit depressed. She grabbed what looked like a small walkie-talkie from her desk and fiddled with a dial on the front of it. She hit a button and and said into it, "Firestone, it's time." She changed the setting. "Sagefoot, it's time." She went through this agein and agein. Antill finnaly, "Eagleye, it's time."

Chapter Four: The War

[Elli tells her friends about a coming war. She's in hysterics by the end of the meeting saying Tracey is going to have to fight. Is he?]

"Firestone!" Elli said gleefully. "Here you are! Sagefoot, and the other girls are already here." The girl she had called Firestone smirked. "Darkbird," she said, "have they classified you incurible, yet?" "Yes they have Suki!" Elli chirped. Suki shook her head.
She was a pretty girl, a good three inches taller then Elli. Thick, jet-black hair, and forest green eyes complemented her dark features. A shadow seemed to hang around her, somehow giving her the air of a mass murderer. She was a murderer, but she was also a very *nice* murderer. She always thanked people for staying still so she could kill them, and told their familys they were dead. Most of the time she said 'Oh, hi. Sorry to tell you this but you husband/brother/cousin/ect. is dead! And I'm the killer! Bye!' incredibly cheerfuly.
"So how da ya know it's time, El?" Suki asked, as they made their way through the house to the living room. "Gut instinct." Elli said shrugging.
After they found the living room (neither of them remembered where it was) three other girls were there. One of the girls was sitting on the floor, another was kinda hovering around her, and the third one was sitting on an old bean bag in the corner.
"Hi, Lavabird!" Suki chirped. "Hey. I hate that you know." the girl sitting on the floor said. Suki ignored her. "Hi, Shockfish!" The girl sitting in the corner nodded at her to ignolage her existance. "Hi, Swiftcat!" The girl who was hovering around 'Shockfish' looked up grinning. "Hiya, Firestone!" she chirped.
'Swiftcat' had deep, innocent brown eyes, and shining golden hair. She was a bit pale, but that wasn't a surprise. She hadn't been in the sun for a while. (Her real name is Keku)
'Lavabird' had deep red hair, and dark grey eyes. She wasn't quite as pale as 'Swiftcat', but she pale too. (Her real name is Me-Me)
'Shockfish' had light purpleish-silver hair, and deep orange eyes. Her skin was incredibly dark, and she didn't look particularly -um- happy? (Her real name is Ira)
"We are here," Elli began, "becouse there is a war coming. Pokemon will not be used, as it is not that type of war." "Wait!" Me-Me said. "Is it a mag-uni war? If so what are you worried about?" Elli shook her head. "Not mag. It's happening right here. I'm worried becouse of Eagleye."
"Eagleye?" Ira asked seriously. "You mean that weird Tracey guy? What are you worried about *him* of all people for?" Elli glared at her. "He's gonna have to- to" her expression softened, and tears came to her eyes. She blinked them back. "Are you okay, Darkbird?" Keku asked, as Elli sunk to the floor. "Does he.... Does he have to-?" "Yes!" Elli sobbed. "Yes he does! He's going to have to fight!"
She leaned over, and started sobbing hystericly into her hands. " And I don't know if he's going to be okay, or not!" She stopped speaking and the room went into silence, except for the muffled sounds of her sobs.
Suddenly, after a few minutes, Ira stood up and started to walk out the door, closly followed by Me-Me, and Keku. Suki stayed. The meeting was oviously over, but she was going to stay with Elli antill she was stable enough to be alone.

Chapter Five: After-Meeting Humor Fics And Arguments

[Suki and Elli are looking up fanfics. They have an argument about whether a charicter is gay. Mot much else.]

Suki grinned. "Ohhhh! That one was funny!" Elli looked positivly descusted. "You, Firestone, are as sick as most of these authers are. Their giving writing a bad name! Burn em' at the stake!" She sounded almost excited as she discribed that last part. Suki glared at her.
"Vessys the writer, not you. Why do you care?" Elli shrugged. "I don't want Vessy to get a bad rep becouse of some mental, extremly sick, fanfic authers." "M'dear Darkbird" Suki began. "Are you thinking logicly for once?" Elli snorted. "I hope not. Let's find something *good*." Suki pouted. "But I want to read something *true*." Ellis eyes bulged.
"That was possebly the most horrid, impossible, discusting thing I have ever read, Suki! How can you call it true?!?!?!" Suki shrugged.
"He's gay." Elli glared at her.
"He's not." "Oh, yes he is." "No he's not!" "He is so." "He most certainly isn't!" "He is!" "No! No he's not!" "Haven't you seen the way he looks at other guys?" "No, becouse he's not gay!" "Fine! Think whatever you want!" "And I'm right!" "No you aren't!" "Yes I am!" "He's gay!" "No he isn't!" "Yes he is!" "He's as strait as you!" "He's a bleedin' homo!" "He's not!" "How do you know?"
Elli flushed. "Why do you care?" Suki pretended not to notice that Ellis face now matched her eyes. "All I know is he's gay!" "He is not!" "Yes he is!" "For crying out loud!" "He's gay for christ sake!" "*No*! He is.........."
This continued for a long time.
Soon;
"He's not gay here." Elli said. "What do you mean?" Suki looked as though she didn't understand English. "He's not gay here, but he might be anywhere else. We fanfic authers make him how we want him. Good, evil, gay, strait, married, widowed, divorced. We can make him cheat on his girlfriend or wife. Get married while he's still married to somebody else. We have all the power. As long as we can sit here, type, let our brains go numb and write subconiously, not only he, but everyone is under *our* control, in *our* worlds, with *our* rules. Nothing can stop us. Not even you. You can yell, you can flame, you can kick, you can punch. IT CAN NOT STOP OUR CREATIVE GENIOUS, YOU WEAK *FOOL*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Suki stared at her. "Okay. Have you taken your medicen today? Or did you scalp the new nurse?" "No. She left when she saw me polishing my chainsaw." Suki groaned.

Chapter Six: Reveal the Future, and Take Elli Along

"Go, Scyther!" "Hey, Tracey, were are you going?" Tracey claimed on top Scyther, which looked a bit confused."To see a friend. That was her. Scyther, we have to go to the Nalder Insanity Island!" Scyther looked slightly paniced, but flew off. Soon, he was out of sight, heading west.
"That was- sudden." Misty said. "Weird." Ash replied. "What's the Nalder Insanity Island?"
Misty shivered.
"The Insanity Islands are where they ship off the insane that either won't fit in the loony bin, or disturb the other patients. If you were there for the latter you'd have Ketchem Insanity Island or something. The ones that won't fit with the others, they have their own Island."
Ash nodded. "Do they have any Pokemon with them?" he asked. Misty stared at him as though he'd gone mad. "Would you really trust those loonies with Pokemon?" she inquired.
Ash sweatdropped. "When you put it that way, I guess not." he muttered.

At the island:
"Elli!" Tracey called through the house. "Elli! I'm here!" He almost had heart attack when he was thrown to the ground, getting the wind knocked out of him by what he soon identified as Elli.
After a second of staring at Elli, who was hugging him as though he had just died, and she just didn't want anyone to take his body away, he heard hollow clapping from the doorway.
He looked up to see a Chinese girl he knew as Suki standing there clapping boredly, leaning ageinst the doorframe. "Hi." he muttered. "What the devil is going on? Why did Elli tackle me?"
"Ohhhhh!" Suki moaned in moke pity. "What a shame! So many questines, so few answers! I'm not sure!I think it has something to do with your death, buy it might be a fanfic! Or both!"
Tracey rolled his eyes. "Elli! get offa' me! I'm not going to drop dead the second you let go!"
Elli looked up at him. "How do you know, Tracey? You might!"
However Tracey was going to answer, was interupted by Suki suddenly shreiking, "IT'S TIME, DUMBASS!" They snapped up and trampled Suki on the way to Ellis bedroom. (Not to do that etchi!)
Soon, Elli was laying, spread eagle-style on her stomic, on top of her bed, with Tracey sitting on the floor at the foot of her bed. They were deeply obsorbed in the television, for reasons the evil authoress will reviel later on. They were continualy saying things that really made no sence to anyone but each other. The list is as followed.

Elli: Cut the crap! We want the show!
Tracey: You need better episodes!
Elli: (she says this alot) Just shoot um'/him/her/it all/already!
Tracey: (he says this alot) That did not really happen! (and) They aren't that thick!
Elli: Dr. Jamess' stuff is better then this crap!
Tracey: I want the *good* episodes!
ect., ect., ect. ^_^;;;

After an hour of this:

"What'd you want to tell me?" Tracey asked suddenly. Elli jerked awake. "New info from my sis! Heard about the cold war between China, and Japan?"
Tracey nodded, wondering what this had to do with anything. "Yeah. I sighned up for the army a few months ago remember? We were the fist ones to find out. They say it could lead to a big war." "It's gonna', Trace." Elli muttered. "Your going to be called in. Ash sighned up too, right?" "Yeah........" "He's gonna' be, too. Ts all over the Pokemon Times in Ella world. I want you to be careful."
Tracey looked at her. "You think I'm gonna' die? Do I in the future?" Elli was on the verge of tears. "You don't know in the future. I hoped you wouldn't take it like this! You can't relax! The future can change!"
Tracey looked slightly alarmed, and felt a bit irritated. He knew the future could change, and he knew he shouldn't take the war lightly. He wasn't an idiot. It suddenly hit him that Elli had never acted in this way before. He didn't have long to think about it, becouse, Elli suddenly said, "I'm coming with you when you leave. I'm tired of the island, becouse I've seen every bit of it a thougsand times."
Tracey stared at her. For five years (sence age twelve) Elli had never left her island. It was her home.
"Well?" she asked. "Can I?" "Fine." he muttered. "No letting anything slip, or they'll be out for days." Elli nodded. "Okay." she said seriously. "Let's go."

Chapter Seven: Bad Dreams On Harper

"There it is! There's Lapras!" Tracey yelled to Elli. She was gripping her Peter, her Pidgeys legs as it flew along behind Tracey and Scyther.
Tracey managed to land Scyther on top of Lapras, then quickly recall it, before Peter gently sat Elli down on the blue water/ice type pokemons head. Lapras did not appreceate this, but Elli slid down and sat ageinst its neck, While Tracey managed to get back into a sitting position near the front of Lapras rather then the back.
Ash and Misty watched this with wide eyes. When the two new-comers managed to get as comferatable as they could, Misty started chewing Tracey out.
"How dare you bring someone from the Insanity Islands here?!?!?!" she yelled. "Don't you know you can be arrested fot that?!?! That's Elli Nalder, idiot! I heard she scalped three nurses for trying to give her a shot in a single month! She could kill us all for crying out loud! And further more-*!"
She stopped short when she noticed no one was listening, except for Pikachu. And even it was lossing intrest. Ash was fiddleing with his pokedex, Elli was flipping randomly through a box of floppy disks, and Tracey- well- Tracey was reading something on (one of) Ellis laptop(s).
His eyes were misted over with what looked like tears. "God." he muttered. "This girls a genious."
Elli glanced at what he was reading, then pulled out a disk, pulled out her dark blue laptop, (Tracey had the black one. She also has a dark red one, and dark green one.) turned it on, stuffed the disk in, and fiddled with it till the story showed up. After a few minutes of both of them reading, Elli cast Tracey a side-ways look of confusion then gave Misty a look that couldn't be anything but loathing.
Misty was a bit surprised, but she quickly got over it when Elli passed the laptop over to her, and pulled out another disk and the dark red laptop. Misty was thinking about the humor fic but Elli was in trouble. She was giggleing like mad, and Tracey constantly had to save the laptop from toppleing out of its owners lap, into the deep, blue water that lay spread like a blanket all around them.
After giggleing for some time, Elli was staring, stony-faced at the laptop screen, looking at Tracey every few minutes, with tears in her eyes. they were released soon, but she denyed anything was wrong. At least antill they reached the Harper Island Beach Resort they were staying at for a vacation from their travels.

In the hotel:

"Okay..." Ash muttered. "We've got two rooms, one with a double-bed, and one with two single beds." He noticed the others sweatdropping and added, "It's all they had. We're staying for a week."
Elli looked at the ceiling. "Hey Tracey, I just thought of something." she said dazedly. "Mistys scared of my supposed insanity, and Ash- well- I hate him. I also dought they'll trust me in a room alone."
"That's right!" Ash and Misty shreiked in unisune, drawing odd looks from those passing the group.
Tracey rolled his eyes. "I'll share a room with her, if you dought her sanity. It's not like she's going to creep up on me at night carrying an axe." He sighed as Ash and Misty stared, and Elli nodded vigorusly.
"And," Tracey continued, "Sence I've lived with her before, and she often somehow ended up in my bed-" he shot her a angry look. "The fics scare me!" she exclaimed. "I say," He continued as though nothing had happened. "We share the double-bed. She'll never shut up if she has to sleep in a single bed anyway. She claims they're satanic." "They are!" Elli interupted him. Tracey sighed and didn't even attempt to continue.
Ash was wondering if Tracey had other motives about sharing a room with Elli. Misty knew he did, but not the ones Ash was thinking of. More serious. When Tracey and Elli had tried to do what ever it was they'd tried to do, they had done perfectly on Ash, but Misty had managed to keep a few memories. The ones about the other world. About the nicknames. And that was it. The rest was a mystery. One she wasn't going to share with Ash.

Later, in Tracey and Ellis room:

"It's right here, Eagleye." Elli called into the bathroom. "Basicly this is a pretty good summery of what I'm assuming will happen." she said, as Tracey exited the bathroom and sat down in front of the green laptop and started reading the story on the screen. "Ella lead me to it. She'd great when it comes to finding this sort of thing. You might want to read another one if you want to understand who that one guy is." Tracey nodded, but he hadn't really heard a thing. He was to busy reading.

Later in Tracey and Ellis room:

Tears slid silently down Traceys cheeks. Elli was gone, off to the beach to meet someone, while he, Tracey, sat still in the corner of the darkened room, the abandoned computer, and muted TV gave the only light.
He had stopped reading after part two. To much death for him to handle. He was half-asleep as it was, so he crawled onto the bed, and fell into an uneasy sleep.

Traceys dream:

"No! Stop!" I screamed. It was to late. Elli fell to the ground, staring blankly into space. I don't know what to do. I can't controle anything. I can only watch. Wait! Who's that? A girl. No. Wait. Elli? It's not Ella. It's Elli. But she's dead? Right? But... Wait! Ellis here. But she's dead. Suki! Keku! They're gone! Ash? He's the one? No!

Tracey awoke in a cold sweat. He had to get ready. The war was coming. And he just knew that dream meant something. And he was gonna' find out what.

Chapter Eight: Mystery Cooking

"Hey, Ash?" Misty asked. "Do you smell that?" Ash nodded. "Whatever it is," he murmured. "It smells heavenly!" "Wait a second!" Misty muttered. "It's coming from Tracey and Ellis room!" Misty walked over to the door conecting the two rooms, and opened it.
Inside there was caos. Drops of orange was splattered all over the kitchenettes floor, counter, and oven. Even the table and chairs were splashed with orange.
When Misty got over the shock of seeing this mess, she noticed Tracey asleep on the floor covered in orange slime, and Elli was standing next to the door. She shoved Misty out of the room and slamed the door shut. "and stay out, antil, I say!" she called through the door.

A bit later:

Tracey opened the door between the two hotel rooms. Ash and Misty were arguing on the couch. "I hope you two haven't eaten." Tracey said loudly. Ash and Misty looked at him. "I said, 'I hope you two haven't eaten.'" Tracey repeated. "Me and Elli have prepared something for you." Then Elli called. "Trace! They'll be here in ten minutes!" Tracey looked back at her, and smirked. "Good." Turning back to Ash and Misty he said, "I'll let you in, in about" He looked at his watch."fifteen minutes." He slammed the door shut agein.

Five minutes later:

Misty and Ash had been pacing around the room, checking their watches every five seconds when;
"Heeheeheehee!"
They heard Elli giggleing insanly from the other room. They ran over to the door to listen.
"'My toe cleared up'?!?!" More giggleing followed this. "What the heck is *that* suposed to mean, Eagleye?" Tracey grumbled incoherintly. "What?" he asked. "What? I had an infected toe!"
That seemed to be the end of that.

Ten minutes later:

Elli appeared in the doorway, holding a pan, and a spoon. Then (while hitting the pan like a gong with a fake British/Canadian/I-dunno-what accent) said, "Masta! Dinner is prepared!" Then scurried back into the room. Misty raised an eyebrow, but Ash burst in hysterics. "The- the Rocky Horror Picture Show!" Misty glared at him, and headed tword the open door.

To Be Continued..........
