Soon the cries of my precious little boy fill the room. The doctor hands him to me.
That's when it happens.
The room around me starts to darken.
My eyes slowly close. I attempt to keep them open open, but I fail.
It's like a sea of darkness.
I try to swim to the light.
My efforts don't work, I'm engulfed in the black.
Never to see the world again.
