Was it wrong to want her back? After all she did lie to him and break his heart, but something about that girl just continually drove him crazy. Was it her hair? Was it her eyes? Finn thought and thought on this until the answer finally hit him, everything about her was amazing to him.
"Finn!" Puck yelled at him as he suddenly realized that he was still at practice.
"Yeah sorry, sorry" Finn quickly told him. "Dude what's your deal lately? You're always zoning out and what not."
"Nothing man, lets go." Finn quickly told him as they got back it the huddle.
As practice finally came to an end Finn headed to the locker room to hopefully clear my head. Duh, he thought to himself as he realized a locker room full of guys wasn't the best place to clear his head.
He took off my pads and headed back out to the field to run some laps away from everyone else.
"Do you really think we're going to win Nationals with that?" Finn heard Sue Sylvester yell at the cheerios. Not quiet but good enough, Finn thought to himself.
After about a half-hour of running laps Finn finally took a seat in the stands as he felt like he was on the verge of passing out. Finn watched the Cheerios practice from the stands, well not really the Cheerios, but Quinn. Finn sighed to himself as he watched her laugh with Santana and Brittany.
"Is that Finn over there?" Santana suddenly blurted out.
"Who?" Brittany asked in her usual confused voice.
"Hudson! What other Finn do we know?" Santana explained to the suddenly aware Brittany, "Oh yeah him."
"Yeah, but what is he doing?" Quinn asked her fellow Cheerios. "It looks like he's watching us, what else would he be doing?" Santana told her.
"Maybe he's enjoying the weather?" Quinn said, but was quickly answered when it started to drizzle. Drizzle, Quinn thought to herself.
"You guys can head in, I'll catch up." Quinn told them as she headed towards the stands.
As Quinn headed over to Finn her mind was running wild. Had he forgiven her? Was there another chance for them? Did he still have feelings for her? She quickly pushed the thoughts out of her mind. Why would he love me again? After all I've done to him. Quinn sighed as she reached the stands.
"Finn what are you doing?" Quinn asked with an unsure face as she was not sure if Finn had forgiven her yet.
"Quinn? Oh just thinking or whatever." Finn answered surprised that somehow he didn't notice Quinn approach him.
"Look Finn, what's bothering you? I dated you long enough to know the face you make when you're lying." Finn reacted by quickly changing his facial expression and looked at the ground. "J-just life I guess, I mean…" Finn suddenly stopped himself. Quinn looked at him with her eyebrow raised.
"Quinn, I still love you." Finn told her confidently looking up at her.
"I-I still love you, too" Quinn told him looking into his eyes with tears starting to form. At that sight Finn leaned in and kissed her, Quinn returning the kiss. With that the drizzling was no longer just a drizzle, but a downpour of rain. Neither of them cared, as long as they were there together. It felt right to both of them, to finally be together again.
I know it's really short! It's my first one though so reviews are much needed!
