A/N: This one shot is for FanFic Challenge 2010 – Round 3 Dealer's Choice for the Chit Chat on Author's Corner forum… And what can I say the challenge I was given was very interesting and it came to me right away… HEHEHE… I hate being in the hospital but at least I can write stories and thankfully Agent Smurf types them up for me… So without further ado I give you my challenge… A special thanks to Agent Smurf for typing this up for me…

Challenge: Rossi/Hotch: A Barbie doll, positive pregnancy test, BAU bullpen
Hotch came to a stop in the middle of the BAU bullpen. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. He blinked his eyes and when the scene before him didn't change he slowly made his way over to his wife's desk where his best friend was standing.
"Dave what do you have in your hands?" Hotch asked. He had a feeling he was going to regret asking but he asked anyways. He looked over at his wife who just shook her head and went back to looking at Dave.
Dave looked up at Hotch with a wicked grin on his face. He was ecstatic that his best friend was finally going to be a father again especially since he knew him and Emily had been trying for a little over a year now. He was even more ecstatic that he had talked Emily into letting him be the one to tell Hotch that in about six months he was going to father for the second time. He couldn't wait to see the look on Hotch's face.
He smirked and first help up the Barbie doll that he had in his left hand. "Your God daughter forgot this in my office this morning. I had a call from the daycare center downstairs letting me know that she was crying for it. I am going to take it down to her here in a few minutes."
Hotch nodded. "She is always leaving something in your office Dave. So now I know why you are holding the Barbie doll but what is that in your other hand?"
Dave chuckled and held the pregnancy test up so that Hotch could see it. "Oh this little old thing is a pregnancy test. Do you know that I think it is amazing how someone can pee on a stick and a couple minutes later the person can tell if they are pregnant or not?"
Hotch's eyebrows rose at that and he said "Dave is there something you forgot to tell me about yourself? Is there something that even JJ doesn't know about you?"
Dave bit back a laugh and looked over at Emily and then back at Hotch. "Why yes Aaron there is. My pregnancy test came back positive."
Hotch's mouth dropped open because Dave had said that in a loud enough voice that quite a few people in the bullpen snapped their heads towards Dave and gawked.
He finally shut his mouth and said "Do you care to repeat that Dave? I don't think that I heard you right."
Dave grinned and said loudly "I'm expecting and you are the father Aaron."
Hotch's mouth dropped open again and he gulped before saying "What in the world are you talking about Rossi? I may love you but I sure as hell don't love you that way!"
Dave lost it at that and started laughing hard and gasped out "Relax Aaron. The positive pregnancy test is your wife's. You are going to be a father again. Congrats Aaron."
Hotch's mouth for the third time dropped open. He managed to get it closed but it dropped open again.
Dave looked at Emily and started laughing again when he saw Emily crying from laughing so hard. Still laughing he slapped Hotch on the back and walked out of the bullpen. He had a Barbie doll to take to his four year old daughter. He looked back into the bullpen before getting into the elevator and saw that Hotch was still standing in the same spot he had left him with his mouth hanging open. All the way down to the second floor of the Federal building he laughed. He would never forget today for as long as he lived.
