The woman smiled when she saw that her Son was home but frowned when she saw the expression on his face
"What's wrong?" she asked Him, wondering what could be troubling Him.
"The other kids didn't want to play with me anymore," He sniffled, "They didn't want to know me."
The Mother embraced her child and told Him, "You see things in people they wish to hide. Do not be sad. People will turn away and try hide what secrets they have, but others will seek you out. For there are always those who seek the truth."
The child looked at her, slowly understanding some of what His Mother said, "I think I understand." He hugged her and kissed her cheek.
The woman smiled and said, "Good. Now go out and play."
Smiling, the Son left, walking off into the world.
