{Shego}
She just stopped. "She can't just stop, after so long, why would she just stop?" Dark brows sunk heavily over darker eyes. Shego's eyes were green. A deep, luxurious color that reminded some of a rainforest shrouded in mist. Like the ones off the coasts of Aandoran, a planet comprised entirely of such forests. The coast specifically for the fog that flowed through dawn like ghosts weaving in and out of the drooping branches. Howbeit only one still living had seen such true colors in her eyes. They were always dark now. Always black with rage. As they had been before.
Before her.
"Shego! I need you!" The mating call of a hundred disease ridden foxes combined to form the voice of a single humanoid male. Shego's eyes narrowed against the assault on her mind and ears, her hands instinctively detonating in emerald flames, ready to strike down the source of so violent an annoyance. Fangs flashing, Shego strode with the nonchalance of a beast hunting easy prey up the stairs and onto the main deck of the ship. Locating the object of her aggression, Shego reveled in the fear glinting like gold in the eyes of her captain. Drakken D. Lipsky, forced himself to remain calm as his first mate stalked toward him. Perhaps he had spoken a tad harshly. Nevertheless, he was captain of this goddamn ship. He'd do what needed to be done.
"Ah, there you are. Shego, I know you have…whatever things… on your mind right now but I need your full attention. Please." He relaxed slightly as the green flames of his nightmares were extinguished.
"Talk." Shego spoke in a bored manner, finding a stack of crates to lean against as she removed a glove. Her perfectly manicured nails were never quite sharp enough. A slight coughing sound drew a smirk across her lips. She loved the power she wielded.
"Ah yes, well, you see, I have a job for you Shego. A very important one." Her eyes were downcast, honed in on her longest nail. If it were not for the slight pause, Drakken would have thought she was not paying a single drop of attention to him. However, he had learned, in a burning type of way, that Shego was indeed listening and it was always best to just say what you needed to say before she lost patience. "Lyan Corp. has a device that I need to further the process of building my latest creation. They refused to give it to me even though I did my best to negotiate a compromise. Well, they will soon regret denying me anything. That device is critical to the Deformer and I WILL have it. It's quite a remarkable gadget really…" Drakken, slipped into a drone, his voice like sandpaper against glass, grating at the very last nerve of his deadly first mate.
"CAPTAIN." Shego's eyes burst fully open, her fingers flicking a lick of flame toward the rambling buffoon. He yelped in shock, lost as he had been in his own little world. "Where and what. Two things. Where and what. Anything more and I promise to roast you like a rodent on a stick." She did have other things on her mind. And sitting there listening to him blather on about nothing was not helping in the slightest. She wanted to be away. This job would do her good, keep her busy. Keep her from going over the thoughts in her mind that sought to drown her, sought to strangle her. She couldn't let this… this thing with her nemesis do her in. She should be stronger than this. Was stronger than this.
But why had Kim stopped coming?
