It's a Wolf Thing-Chapter 1
Embry's POV
I thought I had imprinted on a girl named Kelsey and we've been together now for 3 years. But at the bonfire tonight I got this weird feeling when I looked at Leah, which I never got from Kelsey. I have no idea if she feels the same way. I have talk to her brother.
"Seth, has Leah ever talked about guys with you?" I said.
"No, wait why do you want to know?" Seth replied.
"Umm just forget what I said." I so hoped no one would ever find out.
"Does this nothing have to do with your feeling towards my sister?" Oh shoot!
"No definitely not your sister just seemed weird today." Yep sure that worked.
"That is definitely not it." Oh snap, he is going to find out. I will just make him swear to not tell anyone.
"You know how I thought I imprinted on Kelsey well I am not so sure of that anymore." I rushed all my words together but I knew he could tell what I said.
"No you did not imprint on my sister did you?"
"I never said that, but yes. You better not tell anybody!"
Now Seth is over at my house trying to calm me down.
"Seth, first of all I have patrol tonight and I don't want anyone else knowing how I feel for your sister and second ,have you imprinted yet?" That last part was hard to say knowing that I would have to break Kelsey's heart.
"I will do your patrol tonight, but you will have to do it someday." He was obviously trying to avoid my question.
"What about the second part of the question?" I asked
"No, but I have this feeling it might happen soon." I don't know if he was saying this because he was embarrassed or he could imagine it happening soon. I guess I'll find out soon.
Seth's POV
I really did have a feeling I would imprint soon. I don't know why though.
"Bye, Embry I will try not to think about what we talked about today." I said walking away.
"You mean you won't think about it." I hadn't even noticed I slipped up.
"Yeah sure I won't say anything." I rushed out of the house now and phased.
Hey Seth! Leah greeted me. Oh shoot I didn't know she had patrol tonight. Just count to a hundred in your head I thought to myself.

Sure. Then she was gone. What am I going to tell her? Well obviously it is not going to be the truth. I will just tell her….
Embry's POV
Tonight I decided I will never tell Leah. The only thing she will know is it was a false alarm when I "imprinted" on Kelsey. Also I decided I will tell Kelsey tomorrow if Seth doesn't blab tonight.
I so hope Jake is the only one on patrol tonight because I don't mind him knowing. He went through it with Bella.
Maybe I should just call Jake now and tell him I imprinted on a girl in the wolf-pack (we have 4 girls now including Leah) so he won't know who.
Or maybe I should just live my life the way it was supposed to go. Tell Seth it was just a false alarm and I had food poisoning. Oh what will I do?
