Chapter 1

Hi. My name is Cat Valentine. I am 16 years old and I go to Hollywood Arts High School in L.A. I love performing of all kinds. My friends are Beck, Andre, Tori, Robbie, and Jade. Speaking of Jade, here she comes.

I was sitting in Sikowitz's classroom, waiting for our acting class to start. Last time we were here, he threw a rubber ball at my head twice! Even though he has some strange techniques, he is the best acting teacher ever.

Jade sat next to me and I started talking to her. "Jadey, isn't it true that sweat and pee are like, cousins?" I said. Jade answered me with "You're so messed up." She's so mean sometimes. Beck came in and kissed jade on the lips. I started giggling like crazy. Jadey screamed "NO!"

I stopped giggling and then Sikowitz came in. "Hello, little mutants. Time for acting class with papa Sikowitz." He's so weird. Just then he shouted out "Drive-by acting exercise! You're all troubled teens at Freezy Queen!"

Andre started us off with "I want a triple chocolate sundae right now! If I don't get one this instant you will be sorry!" I guess he was an angry troubled teen.

Jadey went next "Hey, dude, I want to know where the bathroom's at. Tell me now! Oh you don't know? Well then, I guess this ice cream is gonna go someplace other than your mouth!" That actually sounded like something Jadey would say. Maybe she's a troubled teen?

I started my troubled teen act then, I was going to be a jittery teen. He he. Jittery. I like that word. "H-hi. C-can I please have a-a s-small chocolate chip cookie dough? Please don't look at me!" I thought I was pretty dang good there.

I was stuck in my head so I didn't hear the rest of the people speak. Then Sikowitz started saying backstory a lot. He pointed to his back, "Back-ssss- Tori." He pointed to tori. "Backstory." Tori asked him why he kept saying backstory and he said, "Excellent question. We all know that when it comes to TV shows, most of the writing is, terrible."

Everyone responded with yeah and Jade said, "Don't we know it." Sikowitz continued, "So good actors must create their own backstory." He started playing a video of him on an old TV show, City Bus Nights.

"Here's me, guest starring as the character of Loogie. Now for my backstory, I made up a character trait for each letter of the name so for L I was lonely, so I thought I would-"

The bell for lunch rang when he was talking, so we all got up and left. Jade, Beck, Andre, Tori, Robbie, and I all walked to the asphalt café and went to the grub truck to order our food. I got a tamale. We then went to go sit at our regular table. When we got there I pulled a sky store magazine out of my backpack, only to have it confiscated by Beck. "Cat, you know you're not allowed to buy anything from sky store after what happened last time." Last time I bought stuff from sky store I went a little crazy and bought like the entire magazine. "I know, but I just wanted to look." I said

Beck wouldn't let me because he thought that if I looked through the magazine I would want to buy something and then I would milk money out of someone. That was probably true. So instead of looking through the sky store magazine, I snuck some bibble into my mouth.

"Hey, Cat has bibble!" Robbie shouted. Oliver, my bibble guard, came over and took my bag of bibble.

"No bibble for Cat." He said.

"No bibble for Cat." I repeated. The lunch bell rang and we stood up to go to our next class, choir. I love choir. Today I would also be singing a song. That's all for now. If you get hungry waiting for the next story to come out, eat some bibble.

This is a short little one-shot I've been working on for a long time. Hope you like it. Please read and review.
