My name is Alice Cullen, and I am a vampire. I know what you are thinking, seriously, this girl thinks she is a vampire? Someone forgot their meds today. Laugh all you want, but it's true. I, along with the rest of my family, am a part of a coven of vegetarian vampires living in the Pacific Northwest town of Forks, Washington. And if things weren't sounding crazy enough, well here is something else that will really make you think I have lost my head. I have visions of the future. Go ahead and laugh, it's true, every last word.
See, I can see the future, but I don't remember my past, and that fact bothers me. Granted when you are turned every part of your human life becomes a bit fuzzy, but most still remember certain aspects. However, I remember nothing. Now, I know certain things, like I was placed in an asylum because I had visions and it was sometime in that asylum that I was turned. Most of the world thinks I am dead; proof of this was the tombstone with my name on it. My "grave" you could call it. And in all matters of speaking, I am dead. Mary Alice is dead and has been replaced with the undead version you see before you.
I also had a sister, and a niece that is still alive. As much as I would love to go see her, it would be too hard, too complicated. I mean, what exactly do you say in an instance like that? "Hi, my name is Alice and I'm your aunt that you think is dead. Only I'm actually a vampire, surprise?" Hm, no, I figure that I should just let that one go. But other than those two little facts, I do not remember anything of my previous life.

So, this is my first offical Twilight fanfiction and I'm kinda excited about this one. Basically I am big fan of Alice and I was always curious about her human years. So that was where the inspiration for this piece. Anyways, so I know this is really short, it's suppose to be. Hopefully I will get a chapter up within the next week, but with school and working, I'm not making an promises.
