A hush fell over the Ball room as everyone waited to hear how won "Female Vocalist of the year award".Jude was up for the nomination, but so was Karma and the new girl Blu. It would have been an understatement to say she wasn't nervous, but Jude faked a calm smile and clasped Tommy's hand a little tighter.
The sound of clapping defended her for a moment.
"Damn, I missed the Winner", she thought to her self, quickly surveying the room to see who had the honor this year. Both Karma and Blu were staring at her. Not in till Tommy nudged her, did it don on Jude that she herself had one. She Jude Harrison was 2007 Female Vocalist of the Year! Jude Jumped form her seat, and started towards the glittering stage, only to turn around.
Tommy smiled at her and wrapped his arms around her in a giant bear hug. "You deserve this Girl, Go get your award"! Jude kissed his check and hurried to make her expecting speech.
