Fireheart's P.O.V
I sat in the clearing , my paws were placed around a plump mouse as i chewed into it , pure deliciousness , the fresh taste made my throat rumble in a smooth and deep purr .
"Oooh ," came a sweet purr from behind me , a turned slightly to see a beautiful sand colored she cat behind me
"Sandstorm ! " I yelped with joy and jumped to my diminutive paws , i pressed my muzzle into the soft fur of her neck , her sweet flowery scent flowed into my nose
"Could I have a bite ?" she asked eyeing the mouse cautiously
"Sure ! " I meowed in reply , we both bent down and began to nibble opposite ends of the mouse , minutes seemed to pass as we continued to chew on the sweet and tender flesh , such good food after a leaf-bare ! It made Fireheart feel intoxicated , Fireheart purred again and nibbled quicker and quicker getting to the center faster , he ate past the center of the mouse and continued to knaw on its flesh , Sandstorm was taking it rather slow and manner full , the meal didn't seem to excite her much , suddenly as Fireheart continued to chew and chew his nose touched Sandstorms , the oddest sensation spread through his body , his emerald eyes met hers ,
"Sorry , " he meowed and pulled away , licking the food of his lips his glanced down at the now gone mouse .
Sandstorm pushed the remaining bones of the little creature away and crawled right up to Firehearts chest ,
"Oh its finnes ," she murmured with a quick wink when she noticed Bluestar was watching them ,
"Leader don't wanna loose her deputy ,"Sandstorm teased ,"You'd better go talk to her , she seems kinda angry ," Sandstorm added and trotted over to Fernpaw and Dustpelt , she pressed against Dustpelt and licked his cheek .Fernpaws anger made her jump up and walk away giving the excuse of dirt , I watched as Sandstorm cuddled up next to Dustpelt in the nook o his belly , envy surged through my veins , and then I remembered Bluestar standing there and watching me , when I turned to look she was being led into the forest by Tigerclaw I hissed lightly , now who was I to spend my time with .
Spottedleafs P.O.V
Look here ! Look here ! I thought angrily , a slid into a wrong position , but who cared it was early and the kits and queens still asleep , only a few apprentices that hung around in a place where the couldn't see me , and Sandstorm and Dustpelt were taking a nap , It was like me and Fireheart were the only cat there , only if he'd look !
Firehearts P.O.V
I spotted Spottedleaf and fought to kept my mouth closed , she was so beautiful and kind , yet she was the medicine cat , did she know what she was doing to me by being in such a position where her whole under side was exposed , I let a soft growl escape me and approached her ,"Spottedleaf! " I purred and nodded to her , i sat on my haunches next to her and didn't dare look at her .
Spotteds P.O.V
"Fire," I meowed and dipped my cranium , ofcourse I was gonna have to make the first move , I got up from my laying position and slowly pressed against Fire , my tongue trailed over his ear ,"I've missed you " I lied sweetly
I looked at my paws for a moment , what else can I do i thought ,
"Fire , are supplies are running low since its after leaf bare , but now im sure there are great herbs out there ! Wanna come look , with me ? " I asked and fluttered my eye lids skillfully
FIREHEARTS P.O.V
My heart rate flew as she slowly trailed up my side and topped it off with a lick to the ear , i kept in a soft moan for more ,and bit my bottom lip . When she asked me to join her i panicked but treated the situation normally ,"Sure , I'd love to ," i purred and we set off .
