Summary: The regeneration unlocked her memories.

She may have been dead, but when she regenerated the knowledge and memories were unlocked.

Knowledge she shouldn't have. Knowledge of a race since long dead. Knowledge of time and space. Knowledge of her parents.

Memories she shouldn't have. Memories of a planet long since gone. Memories of someone dear to her father. Memories of her mother.

She was the result of a machine, a machine that only needed one person's DNA. In effect that person was both her mother and her father. Yet if that was the case she should have brown hair not blonde. Even if 'it was from a bottle', as her mother would have put it. Even so her father never had the urge to dye his hair so she should have dark hair.

Her sense of adventure came for both of them.

Her father loved her mother so much. Her mother was constantly in his mind. Jenny knew she loved her mother, she never met her but her father's memories were strong of her. She as kind and sweet, compassionate and loving.

"Are you sure you know what you're doing?" Her mother stood back slightly as she watched the Doctor stand up and brush himself off.

"Trust and learn, trust and learn." Her father grinned at her mother; she smiled back at him lovingly, until a sudden bang resounded around the room. The pair took their eyes off each other.

"Was that supposed to do that?" Her mother started laughing, the Doctor rubbed his hand through his hair. "I think it blew up."

"You don't say." He whispered, her mother reached up and placed a gentle kiss on his lips. "Well it was faulty anyway!"

"It was faulty after you touched it! You can try again later. I'm not in a hurry to use the microwave." He shook his head before kissing her once more.

Jenny knew they would see each other, time and space showed it; but time and space also showed possibilities. It may never happen.

She wanted them to see each other again. She wanted to meet her.

As she pushed on the throttle she flew towards through space with only one though on her mind.

To find her mother.

To find Rose Tyler.

The End

A/N: Does anyone watch Stargate Atlantis? More specifically does anyone remember the episode 'the Tower' or if not basically any episode of Atlantis? If you do, didn't that tower in 'The Doctor's Daughter' look oh so familiar?
