Notes: written for a meme wherein I had only the length of a song to write a drabble inspired by the song.

Chrome woke up and all she could think of was the heaviness in her head. She tried to sit up and that was when she heard the sounds of fighting. Her heart began racing and she brushed back the blankets only to draw them close to herself once more. The fighting was growing nearer and she growled softly before sliding off of the bed and creeping to the door, blanket wrapped tightly around her. She opened the door to a wet groan on the other side, in time to come face to face with Hibari.
"Get back to bed," he told her after giving her a glance and turning his back to her.
"Hibari-sa-" she started.
"Just focus on your illusion. I'll bite all of these herbivores to death so you don't need to do anything foolish."
She blinked. "Thank you," she murmured as he walked out of hearing distance. She shut the door and returned to bed, hand over her stomach as she did what he had told her to.
