Gaz's diary is filled with poems that express finding herself and living in a world where you are your worst enemy, the first one OutCast is her feeling about being so left out and unaccepted in a world which feeds of off the sinfulness of perfection.

Out Cast
The world outside is so cold,
My heart lays heavy as stone,
The days they slowly pass me by,
The wind whisper soft lullabies,
I stand in the darkness,
Trapped in my cage,
My blood runs cold,
And my mind wanders alone.
Cast away from my clan,
A lone wolf,
Left to wander the unknown,
The earth beneath my feet trembles,
Dieing as the days go,
The sweet song of silence,
Time standing still,
The dagger's ends are rusted,
The sinful moans fade,
I have no place to go,
The city streets are unsafe,
Yet is a place to call home,
Slipping from existence,
I m no longer here,
My voice a fading noise in someone's ear,
I've been abandoned,
Left on my own,
I am an outcast……
