Ve~ domo minna-san? I've gotta say that I like my Hetalia better, but The Kane Chronicles has always been a favorite of mine, especially Sanubis~

Since I've seen that my fellow fanfictors (is that a word?) haven't given enough credit to Sanubis! (gasp) So I decided to use ofweaponarydefences idea of making a songfic. She gave me permission to do it the way she did it too!

This is called 'Sadie's Song' a kind of parody of 'Mary's Song' by none other than moi~

But somewhere in it, I got too lazy and there are some lines there that aren't original, but from the song. Please read and comment what you think, but no insults on me personally. Okay, grazie~

Disclamer: Unfortunately, I do not own The Kane Chronicles….though it would be nice, Rick Riordan does. I also do not own 'Mary's Song', Taylor Swift does. BUT I DO OWN THIS STORY.

I'll italicize any FULL lines that do not belong to me

She said

I was twelve and you were 5016

I looked at you with your big brown eyes

Sparkling even though you're the God of Death

And my Dad use to joke about the two of us

Me growing up and us falling in love

And my mom just smiled

And rolled her eyes

And said oh, my, my, my

Take me back to the Hall of Judgment that day

Said you'd kill me

You were more powerful than me

You never did

You never did

Take me back when the whole wide world was ending

You told me to answer back to you

And rolled your eyes at my "sharp tongue"

A God and a girl

You and I

Oh my, my, my, my

I was a magician and suddenly

I wasn't that little girl you use to see

But your eyes were still brown

The most brilliant there are

And Osiris use to joke about the two of us

We never believed we'd really fall in love

And Isis smiled and rolled her eyes

And said oh, my, my, my

Take me back to the graveyard where we turned up

Late at night using teleportation

And all I need is your listening

Take me back to the time we had a first mutual fight

Arguing about Walt 'stead of listening to jazz

You stayed at the graveyard

Till morning light

Oh my, my, my, my

A few years have gone and come around

We were sitting at the graveyard in New Orleans

Then you looked at me

Got down on one knee

Take me back to the time we walked down the aisle

All the Gods and family came

Dad and Carter smiled

And Bast cried

Take me back to the Hall of Judgment we met so many years before

We'll sit our babies on your very own throne

Afterall this time

You and I

I'll be 87 and you'll be 5091

I'll still look at you with your big brown eyes

As you guide me to the Afterlife

Oh, my, my, my, my
