I always thought I was forgotten….

Ch1- Was lost then found

Rapunzel looked gloomily over her tower window, looking at the city of corona, the rain fit her mood perfectly. It was almost her 18th birthday and wondered if she could find her real life.

Her mother, gothel (you will find out later in following chapters), was a elegant woman who never let herself have a single piece of white hair, she just had a face lift 3 months ago, and was planning to again in the next 4 months.

She often mistreat rapunzel, to her, she was a slave. And often, she called her stubborn, stupid, flat- chested , ugly, slow, were just some things that her mother would say to her a lot

" Rapunzel! I'm going to buy something. " her mother said

" Mother, can I come with you? " rapunzel asked

" Stupid girl! How many times have I told you? The world out there is mean and evil. So stay in here " gothel fumed

Gothel always tells stories to rapunzel about humans that are mean and evil, rapunzel believed in these stories but secretly she wanted to go out there

Pascal, her chameleon and only friend always hides from gothel it's because he is always scared of her.

Pascal was putting on a frown and said

"Come on rapunzel! It is your 18th birthday and you could not put a step outside! "

"Shut up. Mother said that I am not allowed, besides, I am scared "

"Of what?"

"people"

"you have not seen true people but your scared of them, rapunzel, your pretty not sure what people even do"

" just shut up! I already asked her but she does not want to let me go. "

"sometimes people are just too over protective" pascal said

Rapunzel wondered at what pascal said. He was right, she does not know who or what people do. So why is she scared? Is there a reason? Is she scared because mother said it? Or is she scared because of the wonders outside.

Every birthday of rapunzel, she often see booming lights outside her window. She always wanted to know what they are. The only thing she wanted is to go explore corona and watch the lights

This was her only dream, and she wondered why is her mother keeping it from her.
