"Come on," Rias said. "Let's go."
Rias teleported the whole Occult Research Club (including the recent addition, Asia Argento) out of the abandoned church.
Inwardly, Rias felt great about what had just happened. Her plan worked to perfection. She had gotten another member into her Peerage; a Bishop piece. With the Sacred Gear Twilight Healing; it wasn't a Longinus, her chance at getting out of the arranged marriage with the pompous Rise Phenex was edging closer.
'I may have let her die, but it doesn't matter. My freedom is so much closer now, so I think I'll have a nice bath to relax,' she thought to herself.
Back at the abandoned church, hooded people used their innate senses to check the area. The people looked human, but with the addition of some animal features; one person had a fox tail poking out.
The youkais then left the church and stood in a circle.
"It seems that the heiress to the Gremory Household has gone too far. Conflicts between fallen angels and devils might damage us youkais!"
"Let us report to Lady Yasaka!" one of the youkais suggested, while the others nodded at the sensible idea.
"Would you explain the events, please?" asked, the leader of the youkais, Yasaka. She was a blonde-haired, voluptuous woman. She is a woman with delicate facial features and her eyebrows are cut very short and round a symbol of nobility. Her hair is usually tied in a loose ponytail, reaching all the way down to her legs that ends in a spiral, with taut bandages to keep it in place. She usually wears a traditional shrine maiden attire, and over that she wore a white coat held closed by a red ribbon and a golden crown.
"Yes, Lady Yasaka," replied the youkai respectfully.
Another youkai stepped forward. "It began when me, along with several other youkai, went towards Kuoh. We noticed the energy of devils and fallen angels together; it was very hostile, at that. We surveyed what happened, and found out it was over a girl with the Sacred Gear Twilight Healing. We didn't get much, because we sensed a nekoshou there, so we had to hide our presence."
"I see," Yasaka said. "Thanks for the information. You are dismissed," she told him. Yasaka gave a heavy sigh at the events. 'What do I do?' she thought to herself in difficulty; her options were limited. Her power was only that of an Ultimate-Class Devil. On the other hand, the devils had two Super Devils and four other Satan-Class Devils, not including other strong devils, like Diehauser Belial. 'I can't afford to do much, their far too powerful for me to do something.'
"My Lady," an adviser called, bringing Yasaka out of her state of thinking.
"Yes," she replied.
"If you are stuck on the matter, then I believe I have a solution. I've prepared to summon one of the Seven Warlocks," he told her.
Yasaka's pondered on the idea. She had heard some stories of them. How they were a group of humans that took supernatural jobs. Naturally, this brought laughs, as most people thought the humans were weak, but these Seven Warlocks completed destroyed that rumor.
Yasaka saw no other choice. "Very well, then. I don't suppose we have any other choice but to summon them."
"It has been done already, Lady Yasaka," the adviser said, surprising Yasaka. "I had a feeling this would happen so things have been placed in order."
Two youkai guards came rushing into the area, looking around frantically for something, or rather, someone.
"We're sorry we let him get away," said one guard.
"He was too fast!" the other added.
A flicker of lightning appeared in the center of the room, putting everyone on guard. The lightning cleared to reveal a man. He had long black hair cut short on top, with two locks wrapped in bandages framed either side of his face. He wears a high-collared, light-colored kimono held closed by a dark sash. The collar of the kimono was adorned with magatama. He wore a black full-bodied suit underneath. This was covered by the black cloak he had around hsi body.
"There he is!" shouted the youkai.
"Stop!" ordered Yasaka. She turned towards the man in front of her. 'He is quite handsome,' Yasaka admitted in thought with a tinge of red. She shook her head, returning back into her professional mode. "Are you the Warlock that was summoned?" she asked.
"What is the mission?" he told her. He didn't waste time.
Yasaka threw a scroll with the details written onto it, and the Warlock caught it with a single hand. "This is a message I want you to give to the two devil heiress at Kuoh Academy. I want you to be my bodyguard," she told him.
He nodded; his index finer and middle finger went together, and he disappeared in the same lightning show as before.
'Let's see what you do now. Warlock,' Yasaka thought.
The kimono-wearing man walked through the dark tunnel that lead to the other Warlocks meeting room. The only source of illumination that provided any sight around was the multi-flamed torches; he forgot that not all his allies were as serious as him. Others were more . . . questionable when it came to their personalities.
"Seems your back, Indra," commented one of the figures sitting on the chair; the meeting place glowed in stars, revealing the figure's. He had short, spiky brown hair — two locks of which were wrapped in bandages framing either side of his face. He possessed stern facial features. He wears a light-coloured kimono with magatama adorned around the collar. The kimono was held closed by a dark-coloured sash. Underneath, he wore a black full-body suit.
"So the eye-freak is back, huh? Wonder what got you sparked up," said another Warlock. The man sat in his chair too relaxed; his arms behind his back and feet on the table. He wears a fanciful white robe with no sleeves, a crimson belt and knee-length blank pants. His outfit is finished with black capris. He has tanned skin and tall. His frame is lean and well-built, his eyes are dark purple, and his spiky hair is colored white.
"It would be to do with the casualties at Kuoh Academy. Between Rias Gremory and the fallen angels who kidnapped and stole the Twilight Healing off the proclaimed 'witch' Asia Argento," a calm voice said.
It was a well-built, young man with a reticent expression. He has upward spiky hair that is colored a snowy white color. On the other hand, his eyes are an ominous abyss colour, going past darkness. A noticeable feature is a large white cross on his back with a black outline around it, and on the sides of the blade itself, while its decorated by a white cross at the edge of each blade; it is reminiscent of the cross mark on his head. On his left ear is a single, black crescent moon earring to go along with a tight necklace that has a white circular ornament attached to it. For clothing, he wears a black-colored kasaya that has a rectangular pattern that covers one-half of his body while the other half is exposed. A white sash is also tied around the upper part of the garb that streaks to hip to go with one around his waist as well. On his left arm, he has an intricate light tribal tattoo with a decorative armband wrapped around it, while the mark of the Alpha & Omega resides on his left shoulder. He wears a dark-colored capris to go with a simple set of two-toned colored (white and gold) footwear.
"A 'witch,' eh?" intoned another voice. The person let out a snort in response to the other Warlock's talk, indicating he was a male by the tone of it. "Honestly, how ignorant can those people at the Church get. They preach God's laws, and they break them; they let pedophiles becomes priests, or even, the Pope. They allowed children to be put into a project that killed innocents; they call Sacred Gears pagan artifacts when God created them; they are hypocrites that put on the mask of perfection. What rubbish."
He is a tall male with white hair that falls down to his waist, with red tints decorating it; his skin is also pale. He wears a full-bodied black garment with black pants, gloves, and boots, over which he wore a flowing white robe with six black magatama markings across his chest and the familiar pattern of a black ripple pattern and nine black magatama markings in rows of three on his back, including additional black magatama markings around his sleeve cuffs and the rim of his robe. His eyes were covered by black lenses.
"I agree," a feminine voice spoke out. The light showed a slim, attractive, tall woman. She has black hair which reaches her shoulder. Her outfit consists of a highly revealing and open fur collared long coat, with heart shaped buttons, short shorts with a heart on it, and thigh high boots. "If you look at Irene, her description looks more like a witch," the woman joked.
A chuckle went by. She is a tall, voluptuous woman with thickly braided, bow-adorned, scarlet hair. Her two front braids have two golden ornaments near the upper sections; she also wears two U-shaped earrings (one on each ear), and wears red lipstick. For clothing, she dons a risqué version of the typical witch's garb. Her black top has a diamond-shaped opening, exposing a portion of her breasts, and a heart-shaped pattern around the borders. It extends down to the naval of her stomach where it meets a large angular scar, draped over by a dark-colored cape with a light-colored inside and two medallion gold-like ornaments, and is held together by a golden chain. Not left bare, too, her neck is decorated by other small cloth-based accessories, including a wide bow. Additionally, she wears an elongated black loincloth, having white borders on its edges and being connected to another cloth piece with the very same heart-shaped design. She also wears black thigh-high boots with heels that have a white-colored border near the top and gloves of the same color and design, only having claw-like extensions. Her black witch's hat is much larger than her head and possesses dreadlock designs with white bandaging near its ends. It also has a fur lining near its edges.
"I may look like a witch, but at least I don't look like an exhibitionist, Merlin," Irene commented back at her fellow female mage.
"Touche," Merlin replied.
"If you're done with your talking, then I have something to say."
"You can speak, Indra!" the relaxed man shouted.
"Just don't interrupt me, Oringo," Indra replied. "I was summoned by the leader of the youkais, Yasaka. The fight broke the treaty set in place, and Yasaka wants reparations for it. She is worried that the devils might try something on her, so in case of something like that happening, she wants me to be her bodyguard."
"When are you leaving," inquired the calm-voiced Warlock.
"Tomorrow, Vita," Indra told the equilibrium-looking man.
"Good luck, Indra," the other Warlock replied.
"Sure, Asura," Indra replied. "What will the rest of you be doing? Knowing the devils there, I can feel the hassle that is coming; both heiresses siblings are sis-cons. How stupid."
"Well, good luck with guarding Mega MILF," Oringo joked, smiling towards Indra.
Indra looked confused at the abbreviation. "What does that mean? Sounds stupid, almost like everything else that comes out of that mouth of yours."
"He's talking about her attractiveness and role as a mother it means 'moms I like to fuck'," Merlin told Indra, who sighed at the idea and of Oringo's cheeky laughing; he was a kid in everything he did.
"I'm leaving before I have to deal with anymore of this nonsense," Indra replied. His body began shifting into lightning, then disappeared from the location, not leaving a single trace.
"Now that grumpy's out the way, how about we enjoy ourselves, right, guys?" Oringo asked the rest of the other Warlocks.
"You're a disaster in the making, the living, and the current. Anything you make is not going to end well, Oringo," Merlin told him. "Besides, Indra will be livid."
"None of you are fun," Oringo complained; Indra was right, his behavior seemed to be so childish for someone with that much power. "Fine, then!" Oringo began to walk off in an anime-like way; hands at 90-degree angle and legs at a similar angle with weird movements.
