Kari walked through the halls of the school and got something out of her locker and as she closed the door to her locked she noticed Davis motomiya leaning against her locker trying to look Macho.

"I know I'm gonna regret this but Davis what are you doing?

" well, ya know the girl's choice dance is coming up and I would like to make your dreams coming true and you could take me," Davis said smugly.

Kari chuckled to herself and walked away.

"Thanks, Davis but iv already decided to ask someone else." Kari began to walk to class but Davis got in her way.

"Wait who are you taking, its Tj isn't it?"

"No, it's not tk, it's someone else I have known for a long time."

"Your taking tai to the dance ?"

"Ok, first of all, I'm not taking tai because 1 his school has a dance the same night and he's taking Sora and two I'm not taking my brother!"

Kari walked away to class.

After school as TK was getting his books, Davis ran up to him.

"All right tj, tell me, who is she going with? "

"What are you talking about Davis, who? "

"Kari, she's going with " someone she trusts" and if it's not you or tai then who is it ?" Davis asked.

"Sorry Davis but I don't know either, but who could it be ?"

"Tonight well find out, then when we see him well get the jump on him and then when she, " thinks he left" she will ask one of us to go with her."

Tk thought to himself, he knew the idea sounded stupid but he didn't like the idea of Kari being with anyone else but him so he might as well go with it.

As Davis was walking home he heard a familiar voice call out to him.

"Hey, Davis!"

He looked around to see you.

"Um hey Davis there's the girls choice dance and I was wondering if you wanted to go with me? "

Davis was a little surprised but then thought it would be better to go with someone he knew rather than nobody and who knew, maybe he would have a good time with her.

Later at the Dance tk waited by the outside entrance in a tuxedo he had to borrow from matt.

"C'mon Davis were are you?!"

He then saw Davis coming to the entrance with yolei.

" when did you two get together ?!"

"Oh ya, yolei asked me to the dance so I don't really care about the Kari thing anymore."

"What thing about me ?" They all herd Kari say.

Everyone was surprised to see Kari with koshiro "Izzy" Izumi.

"Kari, you brought izzy to the dance ?"

Tk said.

" well yea, there's no one from the original DigiDestined besides tai that i trust more then izzy."

"Shall we ?" Izzy opened the door and he entered with davis and yolei , tk noticed they then were talking to Cody and his date Noriko.

He then felt a tap on his shoulders and saw one if his classmates from math class.

"Um hey i know it's a bit late but would you like to dance with me? " tk shrugged and took the girls hand as they joined the rest of the group.
