THE BARD OF POTEDIA
There once was a girl from Potedia
Her dream was to travel with Xena
She fought with a stick, and
Quick was her wit,
This young girl from Potedia
Now the girl was the warrior's confidant
Around Gabby, Xena was nonchalant
Each other they learned to trust
Without so much as a fuss
Over who would kick which warlord's butt
The girl from Potedia loved to write
With quill in hand, her imagination took flight
Her tall tales were quite grand,
Her romances bland,
And Xena cursed the sound of quill-scratch at night
Much later, this girl from Potedia
Whose dream was to travel with Xena
She sailed off to Qin (Chin)
To Xena's chagrin
And found out some things she shouldn't'a
Gabby's evil daughter, Hope, the bitch
Had a plot that like a scratch, she had to itch
She killed Xena's son, and
Thought she had won
Driving a wedge between them (that bitch!)
To save their souls from damnation,
They went to a faraway nation
An elf guided Xena, Joxer stalked Gabby
In the end, this crack-dream was their salvation
The girl, now a woman, is an Amazon
Though she never stays Queen for too long
'cuz Xena can't dance, and Baby Eve's wet her pants
So the bard and the warrior move on
There once was a girl from Potedia,
Her scrolls told the tales of Xena
She could talk off your ear,
Or bring you to tears,
This little girl from Potedia
