Often, she was asked what she liked about them. On the outside, Naruto was a ramen-loving, Kyuubi-vessel, nut-case – and also a pervert on the side. Sasuke was an arrogant, bastard-like, too-good-for-you, ass – and a once missing-nin. What was there to like about them? Sakura often smiled and replied with, 'You'd have to know them to understand.'
What did she like about Naruto? He was always there. He never left her when she needed comfort, he always spoke when she needed someone to answer, and he always held her hand through the hard parts. He was very careful with her, but he'd learnt that she was strong. Just as strong as he and Sasuke. Naruto tried to blend in sometimes – but he would stand up and steal the embarrassment and pain away from her if need be. In other words, he always cared. For both Sasuke and Sakura.
What did she like about Sasuke? He wasn't clingy. He left her to her own devices when she needed it, he didn't speak when she needed someone to listen, and he always stayed by her side – even if he might not want to. He, like Naruto, was careful with her, but he knew she was strong and didn't treat her that way as much as his blond partner did. Sasuke didn't mind standing out if it meant protecting her – but he let them stand out too, if they wanted to. In other words, he always understood. When either Naruto or Sakura needed it.
She loved them both. Some thought this would get confusing. And it did sometimes, but that made them stronger. Many thought it would interrupt the flow of things during missions. Not entirely true. This intensified the want to do well and keep their team safe. Some doubted it would work. Naruto usually replied with, 'Screw that.' Sasuke would often just walk away. Sakura would punch the idiot who thought they'd get away with that. No matter what others said, they were together. They were Team Seven. They would always be that way, no matter how close or how far away they were. They didn't care about what the rest of the world thought. If they were happy, they didn't mind what rumours sprouted from the others. Although, all three of them knew that the rest of their friends would back them up, even if it meant going against the law.
Sakura knew only one thing – they would never be taken apart or driven away from each other. It just couldn't happen.
A/N: I love this. Team Seven forever
