OK, today's assignment in creative writing was to write poetry for your final portfolio grade. There were at least six prompts and you had to pick three of them (I leaned on picking the much easier ones.) Anyways, picking the characters for this was pretty hard, but I have decided that this will be a Jack-Elli story. Some of the things might be off-key with Harvest Moon, but it should be fine. Yet again, I'm sorry for any grammatical mistakes but, yet again, my Creative Writing teacher checked this, like 10 minutes ago, so everything should be grammatical correct. (Oh, and the random Capitalization's in the story are there for a purpose, same with the words that should be capitalized, but are not)

The things I will miss when I'm dead:

The sweet scent

of my Grandma's

freshly baked Chocolate

Chip Cookies.

My blaring alarm

Clock, unable to

Stop.

My lover's sweet

Smile, his hazelnut-green

eyes. And his wavy brown hair,

flowing with the wind.

The crispy hot

sauce, sizzling on my tongue

from a Pepperoni Pizza.

A hug,

the feeling of being in your loved one's

Embrace,

Cradling,

each other.

Shelf after shelf

Book after book

the world's knowledge

comes together in one silent

place,

my second home,

the Library.

And walking on memory lane,

My mind buzzing with

Adventures,

just a step away.

My body is gone,

yet my soul is not.

I'm unable to move,

gazing at what I have

Lost.
