I do not own Ben 10. If I did Gwen would not be dating Kevin.

"Ben what is wrong with you lately?" His redhead cousin asked. Gwen had beautiful long red hair and the biggest green eyes. The two of them were getting some smoothies at Ben's favorite place.

"What do you mean?" Ben asked, looking up from his strawberry peanut-butter drink.

"I don't know, " she said, concerned. "You've been quiet lately."

Just then Kevin came back. He was making a scene, flirting with different girls and making car sounds. He sat down and drank his entire Smoothie in one gulp.

"Why are you with him?" Ben asked.

"Well Kevin's not so bad. He...um, " After a long pause she finally said "Makes me laugh."

"That's it. You deserve someone much better than that." The brown-haired boy said.

"Oh go on talking like I'm not in the room" Kevin said in a rude tone.

Ben continued "Well anyway, you need someone better. Someone who will look out for you, care for you. Who will love your beauty and your mind. Someone like…" As he was saying this, a woman they all knew walked in. "CHARMCASTER!"

"Ben I'm not into girls." His cousin said "And besides, how is Charmcaster an improvement? She's selfish, vain, and evil she is not exactly girlfriend material."

"And right behind you." The white haired woman said "You are so lucky I love that gag." She then started laughing herself silly.

"Um, you were saying Ben?" Gwen asked.

"You should be with me Gwen." The hero said.

"Ben you are serious?" The red-head asked. "We're cousins. That's not normal."

Charmcaster stopped laughing long enough to say "Since when is anything you two do normal?"

"That's beside the point." Gwen said "Ben, this is a lot to process out of the blue, especially with an arch enemy right here."

"It's not out of the blue." Ben said "At least not to me. I felt this way for a long time. I feel in love with you over the summer we spent together."

"The one where you become the hero Ben 10." Gwen said, touched. "Do you think our family will let us?"

"Either of you worried why Charmcaster showed up in the first place?" Kevin asked

"I'm just here for a Smoothie." The pink eyed girl said. "Never knew I would be getting entertained also. So you're going to date your cousin?"

"Well if you have to know…" The redhead paused for effect "Yes I would love to date you Ben" She then kissed Ben on the lips.

"Wow Gwen why didn't I ask you out sooner?"
