Natsume: Neanderthal x Modern Human (Homo Sapien)

Mikan: Modern Human (Homo Sapien)

"Many times over had I met you and many times did I fall in love with you."

Millions of years ago, two species of humans coexisted on the earth, the Neanderthals and the Modern Humans. They were similar yet different in their evolution. Both species may have had leveled intelligence and both may have come across each.

They naturally lived in separate regions, continuing their evolution from there.

There came a time when groups of both species had ventured far into the unknown lands encountering one another in wonder. They looked the same yet different. They did not know what each other was or how to communicate, let alone amongst themselves.

Though questions rose, both species knew that interacting wasn't a wise choice and the competition for food and land was high, creating a great battle between the two.

It was like that for thousands of years.

Soon there was an increase in their intellectual abilities from both ends. New innovative ways to hunt for food and creating shelter helped them advance into greater beings. Speech had begun to form and communication was greater.

Competition was everso increasing as both species' populations grew and room for land decreased. It reached a point were there was such a great rift, that both sides began convincing their young just how dangerous the other was. By keeping the tensions high, it would be easy to have warriors fighting for dominance over the land.

It seemed as if there was no chance for the species to come to agreeable terms. They were far to deep in their hatred for one another.

Tensions grew when two individuals from the opposing species had entangled themselves in a hopeless romance, causing what would be called a war of savages. The beginning of one and the end of the other.

End Note: Remember, 100% fiction. I really don't care to be scientifically accurate. Thanks for reading! C:
