"I am a man of warm weather!" Finnick protested. "I am not going outside! You can't make me."

Annie laughed and pushed him off the threshold of the sliding door on the back porch of their cozy little house in District 4's Victor's Village.

"Betrayed by the love of my life!" he muttered as he grabbed her arm and pulled her down with him.

"Please, Finn. You're too hot for your own good. A little cold air will make you better," she said, before pressing her lips to his.

They kissed for as long as possible, until she pulled back to breathe.

"I don't think the cold air is working, is it?" he taunted.

"Aww, that's too bad," she said, collapsing beside him on the sand of their backyard.

Finnick pointed up at a constellation. "That one there, that's Andromeda. They say she was chained to a rock out at sea as a sacrifice to a monster."

Annie shivered beside him. "What happened to her?"

He turned his head and smiled at her. "Exactly what happened to you, I guess you could say. She was rescued by a dashing prince, and they lived happily ever after with their many children."

She smiled. "We only have one child, Finn. Dylan is upstairs sleeping now."

"We only have one child so far, you mean."

"Sure, that's what I mean."

"But anyway, back to the stars. One day, you and I will be up there."

"No, don't talk about death."

"No, not death. Just like Andromeda and her prince, we'll be remembered for a long, long time. Finnick and Annie Odair, Stars of the Sea."
