Ronald Weasley was not in a good mood.
"You know what, Hermione? This stinks. I mean, look at them! Harry and my sister, alone."
Hermione sighed. "What's wrong with that, Ron?"
"They don't even realize it! They'll fall in love and… and…"
"And what?"
"Bottom line, our trio's down to two."
"Ron…"
"It's all twilight and magic and romance… a complete disaster!"
He looked over at his girlfriend to find her hiding a smile.
"What? What's so funny?"
"Oh, Ron. Harry's not going to abandon us. We'll always be friends, the three of us."
"You think?"
"Of course!" She smiled. "Besides, sometimes it's nice just having the two of us."
At that, she captured Ron's lips in a kiss, and he forgot all about Harry and Ginny.
