"Doctor! Doctor! Where are you?" Rose shouted as the power surged and the lights went out. "Doctor?"she whispered, holding her hands out in front of her as she moved around the TARDIS trying not to bump into anything as she made her way to the door.
"Rose! Stop! Don't open those doors!" A voice shouted.
"Doctor!" Rose shouted again as she turned around and reached out with her hands. She felt something grab her left hand and she gave a shriek.
"Shh, Rose, it's alright. It's just me." The doctor's voice reassured her. "We'll do this together." He said as they both reached for the door to push it open.
Slowly they opened the door and it creaked, screams and shrieks were heard outside. "I'll go first." The doctor said as he opened the door wide enough for him to get through.
"What the...!" He said as the door closed behind him and not a moment later something was splattered on the windows.
"Oh Doctor..." Rose said as she reached up and covered her mouth and tears began to well in her eyes. "Oh Doctor..." she repeated as she reached up and touched the window.
"Rose!" The doctor shouted as he was laughing. He opened the door and there was food splattered all across his face. "It turns out I miscalculated and landed us in the middle of a child's birthday party while they were having a food fight." he continued laughing.
"You idiot!" Rose shouted as she hit him in the arm. "I thought you..."
"I what?"
"You... you... Oh never mind. Come on." She said as she grabbed his hand and smiled at him before leading him out the doors.
