The bang on the door in the middle of the night woke Caroline up from her perfect dreamless she woke up and put on a tank top to go downstairs to investigate as to what caused the was at this moment her whole life came crashing down…
72 hours earlier
"No,I'm not going on a date with Klaus ."Caroline said,as she sat on the couch of the Salvatore boarding Finn,one of the Originals,had died there had been a new villan lurking in the shadows of Mystic Falls.
New killings had been occurring and Klaus or any of the originals had nothing to do with his last kill the gang had been given a name for the shadow, was Klaus's disciple but was disloyal to he was powerful beyond finish him they formed an alliance with the originals, with whom they sat right now at the Salvatore residence.
"Worried that you won't be able to keep your hands to yourself,love?"Klaus said,wearing his signature smirk.
"Its not actually gonna be a date date,Blondie, we all are gonna be there."Damon intervened.
"Why do I always be paired with him?"Caroline said gesturing towars Klaus.
"Cause he has a thing for you."Damon said matter-of-factly.
"Fine ,I'll do it of my friends" she said as she sighed in defeat.
24 hours later (at the ball at the Mikealson Manor)
Rebekha and Elijah had been warmly welcomed the had just arrived waiting for her stupid date,and then he finally arrived looking dangerously hot in the tux,
Caroline mentally slapped herself for this thought.
"Well,how do I look ,love? "he asked ,when he noticed her staring at him.
"Whatever .I need a drink"she replied,flustered.
20 minutes later…..
Caroline downed the next and her last vodka shot
"To much to a pretty so sad?"said a thick English accent .
"Go away Kla…"she said whipping her hair around only to find the person she expected to be there no where to be seen
What she saw was more than she could have asked for.
For I was the man she agreed to go on a date with Klaus.

Before she could say any thing the music started
"Care to join me for a dance ,love?"marcel asked her
Caroline flinched a little when he called her "love "as only on person did she was not gonna pass this opportunity up .

They started to sway to the music playing in the saw as every one from the gang and plus the originals started to come on the dance floor .They had heard everything that had passed between him and her just now with their vampire hearing
"You are very beautiful,Caroline" Marcel said seductively in her ear."No wonder Klaus is in love with a fool who cannot see will not see the beauty you hold within you"he said

Marcel chuckled at her perkiness and cheekiness.
"Well what can I say. I am attracted to beautiful women"marcel said .
But before she could reply .She was tossed into the only person she did not want to talk at that .
"Don't"she said shaking her head"seriously".
"Why not?"He was infuriated with her behaviour"You could have gotten hurt"
"But nothing happened except for the fact he flirted with me"she said matter-of-factly.

Caroline then turned and walked out of the mansion leaving a heartbroken Klaus in the middle of the dance floor
Outside,she took a deep breath and closed her what had happened insidewhen she opened her eyes all she saw was turned in panic but she could not then turned and fell into the darkness.
