A/N: Livingondaydreams is the first one who has done this, so credit goes to her/him. Basically you put your library music on shuffle and write a short drabble related to the songs that plays. Here's the catch; you start when the song begins and stop when the song finishes. Personally, for me, it helped with writer's block.

Ethan

Secrets, One Republic

Ethan had secrets. Bad ones that turned his head to mush. He didn't want to confess the traitorous thoughts he had about the Gods. Those thoughts scared him.

Luke Castellan had planted that seed inside his head, about how the Gods controlled them, and that seed began to grow into a plant. A plant that would single-handedly cause him to betray his family. Everyone he's ever cared about. But that didn't matter now. All that mattered was he was getting justice from the Gods; Luke was right. They were filthy, disgusting, immortal beings who had never cared for their children. If they truly cared, his mother would have claimed him by now, wouldn't she?

He wouldn't be so alone if Nemesis truly cared. He didn't care about anyone- nothing- nothing except getting justice. But that would have to wait. Right now, he would have to lie. Ethan would have to keep those lies buried beneath in the darkest pits in his mind until the right time to release them.
