IZUKU'S POV:

My name is Izuku Midoryia and this is the story on how I became the greatest hero of all time. My story started on one year I was born on the 15th of July. When I was born, I had a birthmark in the shape of a star on the back of my neck. No one thought it was anything special except that my mum thought it looked kind of cool. Who would have thought it lead to the type of 'Quirk' I would have?

"We live in a world where superheroes are a common sight in the world due to the unknown appearance of superpowers called 'Quirks' that have appeared in the past 200 years that have no specific background but since then, now 80% of the world have powers. This gives new jobs to appear for people with specific quirks or talents but with new laws come new crimes like people abusing their quirks to hurt people which are nicknamed 'Villains' so others have found it as their job to stop them called 'Heroes'. This leaves the 20% that don't have powers to be protected and looked down upon."

21 YEARS AGO

NARRATOR POV:

Today was the day, the day where he was going to see if he had a quirk, ever since he was born he has had the dream to become the greatest hero of all time. Oh sorry, this 'he' is a four year old, green haired and green eyed kid named 'Izuku Midoryia'. Hence all of the hero merchandise that is around *Cough* covered all over his room, especially the current number one hero called 'ALL MIGHT'. He is Izuku's favourite hero on how he wins all the time with a fearless smile on his face. Izuku hopes that he gets a strength quirk to be just like the huge hero, if he doesn't, he hopes to get any quirk that can make him a hero since there is definitely not any other way to get All Might's quirk, right? All his other classmates his age are starting to get their quirks as well, even his 'Best Friend' Katsuki Bakugo, has an explosion quirk.

"Izuku, Get Ready!" Izuku's Mum, Inko Midoryia, is a kind person for anyone and will forgive everyone calls out to her son. She is where Izuku gets most of his looks and personality comes from like main colour scheme of green and him being a shy cry-baby. School was out today so she decided to go to the quirk doctor to see if her son had a quirk and if he did, to see what it is. Secretly, she sort of did not want him to get one since of all the danger he would be in if he was a hero but she knew how devastating it would be if couldn't live his dream. Also her colleagues would probably keep teasing her about it and she didn't want that. When Inko was rushing around the house to see if everything is in the right place, she looked into the living room mirror and thought something bizzare will happen soon.

"Yes Mum!" Was the reply she got. Up in Izuku's bedroom, said boy was rushing to get himself ready for today while wondering what type of quirk he was going to get and how he will introduce it to his classmates, some of his peers are already picking on the poor boy for anything they can find out about him from his shy personality to appearance and so if he was Quirkless, he doesn't want to know what will happen to him since he looked on the internet about how they are treated, and worst of all, he wouldn't be able to live his dream of being a hero. He starts saying to himself to help the non quirked people when he becomes a hero and encourage them to live their dreams. While he was getting ready, he looked at his bathroom mirror and started to think something bizzare will happen soon.

Izuku went down the stairs and instantly put on his favourite big red shoes. Once he is done, he runs up to his mum and starts tugging at her shirt to come outside, she puts on her shoes and opens the front door. "Come on mum, I can't wait to see what my quirk is, hopefully it's strength like All Might's soIcanbethebestherolike-" he was so caught up with his mumbling that he didn't notice they were already at the car so his mum sighed and told him to get in the car so he can go see the doctor. Izuku obviously stopped and jumped straight into the car and put on his special hero-themed seatbelt, while on the way there, Izuku was looking outside through the window to find something interesting for the four year old which right now was a new hero on the streets with a powerful water creation and manipulation quirk.

"Izuku honey, we are here!" Inko said to her son knowing full well what is about to happen while she watched her son's head look up from his All Might figurine with a huge bright smile on his face (One of the biggest she has ever seen). She parked the car and stopped I, then she got out the car and was followed by Izuku. He knew a lot more things that people his age would normally know and, for some reason, always seemed attracted the country, Egypt. They started to walk into the office that had surprisingly a few more children in it for the same reason as Izuku. This is surprising because the area he lives in is quite unknown to most people. Inko made an appointment in 10 minutes so that sat down.

While Izuku was playing with the children toys in the office, someone else came and asked if they could play with him so he said yes and looked at who asked. He saw that the child was in fact a girl around his age with brown hair and equally as brown eyes with a permeant blush on her face. He looked down to see that there was some pads on her fingers and wonders if it a quirk. He went up to her and said "Hello." she looked at him and replied "Hello, my name is Ochako Uraraka, nice to meet you." As the two talked to each other, their parents have also got into a conversation. He learned she was here to see what exactly her quirk is since all she knows is that it can make stuff float. Izuku was called by one of the doctors so he said he will talk to Uraraka soon.

Inko and him left for their appointment where Izuku was tested for things like blood and was x-rayed to see if their was any differences in his body to say if he had a quirk. This lasted for about half an hour then they were told to wait a bit while the doctors were testing, after a while, the quirk doctor told them to come into his office. "Sit down, sit down." the doctor pointed to two stools in front of him. Both of the Midoryia's were eager to see what the answer that will affect Izuku's entire life is. The boy was running in his mind what he will get but none of them was close to what it actually was. Inko was hoping it was a strong one so he can protect himself because, even if Izuku hid it, she knew he was getting bullied by his peers.

"We have good news and bad news." as soon as the doctor said that, Izuku frowned but still there is good news. "The good news is that your son does have a quirk-" Izuku basically exploded in happiness inside while on the outside he just looked so happy and bright, it basically blinded everyone."-but the bad news is that we don't know what it is since all it says is 'Za Warudo'.".
