A/N: This is going to be very similar to my other fic "Thunderstorm". One of my readers asked for a second chapter. Hope this will do. ;) I got the inspiration because there's a big ass thunderstorm going on outside XD

Thunder rolled through the sky over the Hitachiin manor. Lightning flashed through the windows of the twins' bedroom, illuminating the form of the younger twin, Kaoru. He sat on his and Hikaru's shared bed...Alone. Where was Hikaru? It was dark and he knew that Kaoru hated thunderstorms.

Currently, the youngest Hitachiin sat with his knees pulled to his chest and his ear buds buried in his ears. He tried everything to block out the noise but it failed. He hated thunderstorms even more than Haruhi. Haruhi. That's where Hikaru was right now. He was at her house.

Hikaru, his own brother, was at Haruhi's house. His twin was comforting that commoner instead if him. It wasn't fair! Hikaru should be at home with Kaoru, comforting him. He knew that Kaoru feared thunderstorms among other things. Surely, Hikaru cared more about him, right?

Kaoru hugged his knees, head buried in his lap as he cried. He couldn't believe this! He sobbed silently as the rain poured down outside.

Click. Wait a minute. That sounded like the door closing downstairs. Could it be? The younger twin watched the door to the bedroom, hoping to whatever superior being there is that it was Hikaru.

"Kao?" A voice whispered from outside the door. "You still awake?"

"Hikaru? Is that y-you?" The aforementioned younger twin called back, choking back a sob.

"Yes. It's me. Are you crying?" The older twin asked, rushing to Kaoru's side. "Are you okay?"

"N-no, I'm not okay. Why would you leave me like that?!" The youngest Hitachiin snapped. "You know I'm afraid of thunderstorms….Why?" he sobbed, burying his blazing gaze back into his lap.

"Kaoru….I'm so sorry… I shouldn't have left you like that. I'm an awful brother, aren't I?" Hikaru said, sitting down and running a hand through his hair.

Kaoru looked up and crawled over to hug his brother from behind. "No. You're not a awful brother. I guess I just need to toughen up. I'm such a weakling…" he mumbled, tear falling down his cheeks.

Hikaru turned to face his brother, kissing his forehead as he wiped his tears away. "You're not a weakling, Kaoru." he said, smirking as he added "You're just my little uke."

A blush flooded the younger's cheeks. "H-Hikaru! Don't say embarrassing things like that!" he cried, looking away out of embarrassment.

"Why be embarrassed, brother? You know it's true." The older twin purred, tilting his twin's chin to meet his gaze. "Why deny it?"

Kaoru blushed deeper. "Oh, just get in the bed." he mumbled.

Hikaru snickered. "As you wish, baby brother. As you wish."

The older twin did as he was told and pulled his twin into his arms and held him tightly but gently at the same time, He used one hand to stroke Kaoru's hair gently as he often did to calm his aforementioned brother.

Kaoru cuddled closer to Hikaru in response, breathing a shaky but content sigh. He smiled as he felt his brother's arms around him and closed his burning amber orbs and fell asleep.
