The Luna Diviner stumbles, fatally wounded, towards the glass windows that dominate the wall of the room before him. The Keyblade Wielders have defeated him, his nonexistence is drawing to a close, but he is so near accomplishing his dreams.
"K-Kingdom Hearts," he holds a black leather clad hand in front of him, "where…is my heart?" He evaporates into a vaporous darkness. He soon finds himself within a white oblivion, completely alone. At least, that's what he thinks.
"Heh, that was over fast, Saix," a familiar voice chuckles from behind him. Saix turns slowly.
"Hello, Axel," he greets coldly.
"What's with the cold shoulder, old buddy?"
"You betrayed me, Axel. Now because of you I'll never be Isa again!"
"You were never going to be him again anyway," Axel shakes his head, "none of this was my fault."
"You assisted them!" Despite the hate he knew should be coursing through him, Saix was feeling strangely at ease.
"Yeah, so what if I did?"
"Traitor."
"I'd rather be a traitor to Xemnas than a traitor to my friends."
"Friends?" Saix nearly laughs, "You betrayed me!"
"Yes, I betrayed Saix. Not Isa. Besides, I had to help Roxas."
"I am Isa, or did you forget that, Lea?" Saix bites sharply.
"Not anymore you're not; Isa's been gone a long time."
"I've changed, Lea."
"Yeah," Axel sighs, "I guess you have." The world becomes harder for Saix to grasp, shattering to pieces around him.
"That's our cue to leave," Axel explains.
"I see," Saix replies. Suddenly, a realization dawns on him. Now he understands, it wasn't Axel who changed, it was himself.
"You were right," Saix states.
"I know. Goodbye, Isa."
"Goodbye, Lea," the darkness overtakes him once again.
