AN: This is my first Fushigi Yugi fanfic so bare with me ^.^
What a fine day it was in Ko-nan, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, the flowers were in bloom and not a cloud in sight.
"What a perfect day to meditate" thought Chichiri as he sat down cross legged under a tree near a river he closed his eyes and became lost in thought .
Tasuki on the other hand was up to no good he hid behind a tree to watch Chichiri "perfect" he thought now's the perfect time to pull of his prank he had been planning for many weeks now after discovering about Chichiri's girlfriend and what happened to her and his best friend sounds cruel but to Tasuki it was funny.
He had come dressed like a girl of Chichiri's dreams a light blue dress with blond hair, now let the trick begin.
"Help, Oh please someone help me" cried a voice
Chichiri opened his eyes to find a young woman with a blue dress and blond hair in the water drowning; Chichiri got up and dived in the water to drag out the young woman who hugged him.
"Oh thank you" said the girl her voice sounded very squeaky even for a woman "you're my hero" she added
"Its fine now whats your name" Chichiri asked
"My names…err…yi-jun replied the girl
Chichiri raised an eye brow why did she have to think of her name shouldn't she have already known it
"As my savour I think you deserve a little reward" Yi-jun said
She leaned in towards Chichiri, Chichiri's eyes widened as she came in to kiss him he wanted to turn away but he couldn't just then the girl stopped and started laughing
"oh me gosh I cant believe you fell for that" she shouted her voice sounded deeper much deeper to deep for Chichiri's liking almost like a…Chichiri gulped…a man.
Tasuki took of his wig and saw Chichiri step back in shock
Got ya I knew I would you truly are a love sick monk" he laughed harder
Chichiri was not impressed in fact it hurt to know one of his friends would do this to him right pay back time he thought as he left Tasuki on the floor in a laughing fit
Chichiri arrived at the place where tai yi-jun lived he found her talking to lai-lai he came over tai yi-jun turned around
"Ah Chichiri what brings you here" she asked
Chichiri explained every thing that happened.
"WHAT, that is unacceptable we must teach him a lesion" she exclaimed "and I know just how to do it"
Tasuki was resting on a tree still giggling about all that had happened until he heard someone call his name
"Tasuki, my love" shouted a voice
"Huh"
Tasuki got up to find Miaka running up to him and hugged him Tasuki was stunned.
"M…Miaka what are you doing here I thought you were in the other world with taka" asked Tasuki
"I have left taka I found out that I was truly in love with you" she replied "now kiss me my love" she added as she leaned in
Tasuki smiled as he to leaned in to kiss her expecting to feel her soft tender lips on his but they never came except for a pair of crusty dry pair of lips Tasuki looked down to find out who he has truly kissed and to his horror he found him self face to face with tai yi-jun
"T..T…Tai yi-jun!" Tasuki shrieked
Tai yi-jun laughed
"Its not nice is it, to be pranked like that especially when it personal" said Chichiri coming out of the bushes.
Tasuki hung his head in shame his wonderful, brilliant prank had truly backfired.
