Enjoy! :)

Peeta POV:

I set the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies down to cool and lean against the counter. I hear someone stomping down the stairs and sigh. It's Finn. He's probably coming to demand cookies. He jumps the last three steps and walks over to me. "Where Momma?" He asks tugging on my pants excitedly. "She's in the woods." I reply. Finn gets a sad look on his face. It's possibly the most adorable thing I've ever seen. He's always been so fond of Katniss. His eyes suddenly widen and I instantly know why.

"I have cookie?" He asks putting a puppy face on. "No Finn, those are for the bakery." I reply calmly. "Why?!" He says loudly. Really? I just told him why."Because they are for the bakery." I repeat. "That not fair! Bakeries don't need cookies! They buildings!" I sigh. "They're for the people who buy from the bakery." He makes a cute angry face and says "Why I can't have one? Please daddy!" "No." I simply say not knowing it would be what makes him most angry. "Meanie!" Finn yells and starts storming to the stairs. About half way up he turns around and sticks his tongue out at me. I hear him stomp to his room and slam the door.

In all honesty, that was hilarious. I start sniggering replaying the scene in my head. "MEANIE!" I hear him yell from his room. I feel bad for making him upset, but when a three-year old is mad It's one of the cutest things ever. Katniss will be home soon and he'll probably tell her I'm a meanie. He'll turn me not giving him a cookie into something huge. He only does this to me. However, if Katniss says no, the answer is no. We've all learned that the hard way. He probably knows better than to argue with her.

Katniss POV

Melody and I walk towards our house in the Victor's Village after a long day of hunting. I had been teaching her how to shoot and she's already gotten great at it. I'll probably take Finn along with us when he turns five. Maybe he'll be just as amazing. "Mommy?" Melody says. "Yes sweetie?" I reply. "Are you gonna keep teaching me?" She asks hopefully. "Of course." I smile at her.

We approach the house and open the door. The second I step in something crashes into my knees. "MOMMA!" Finn cries. "What's wrong Finny?" I ask as I pick him up. "Daddy is a meanie!" He whines. "What'd he do?" I ask. He does this so often. "He wouldn't give me cookie!" I knew it would be something like that. "What should I do?" I ask him. "Give daddy a spanking!" He yells. I have to hold back laughter and I see Melody is having trouble not laughing too. I put Finn down and kneel down so I'm eye level with him. "Go up to bed, and I'll deal with him." I say trying unbelievably hard not to burst out laughing. Give Peeta a spanking. Wow. Finn nods and starts walking up the stairs. Melody starts giggling. "You too, Melody." I say smiling. She skips up the stairs and I walk into the living room where Peeta is.

I can't hold in my laughter anymore, so I just burst out laughing. "What's so funny?" Peeta asks smirking. I stop laughing and put on a serious face. "I've been ordered to give you a spanking." This time Peeta starts laughing. I raise an eyebrow at him and he stops. "Wait you're not actually going to are you?" He asks. "No." I half say half laugh. He lets out a mock sigh of relief, and gets up and starts walking for the stairs. "Well not right now." I say. He looks back at me and smirks.
